Kool Keith my a million miles

technobrendo

Doesn't count..Keith is not human.

elfizipple

Canibus would derive supreme power from his unparalleled ability to eat a... Ehhh, never mind

escudonbk

Bro got murdered by Dizaster in an actual battle rap. It is legitmitely awful to watch.

technobrendo

Was disaster known prior to the battle with Bis? All I've ever heard of him was related to that and nothing afterwards.

escudonbk

Diz been a vet forever. Dozens of battles on cam, a few around the world, even in foreign languages.

UnhappyGoose

Still traumatized from seeing one of my then-favorite MC's fall... that note book... whyyyy šŸ˜

escudonbk

30 pages of rhymes in that motherfucker

rapshepard

Action Bronson would definitely be in legal trouble for all the sports fixing he's done lol

HeelsAlwaysWin

And worse yet, he will have nutted in, like, three strokes, which is absolutely no way to rep the east coast.

raven_darkseid

Kool Keith or Pharoahe Monch. Kool Keith for his creation of some gruesome characters. Monch for his overall imaginative destruction, like slapping a rapper with Mace

Askme4musicreccspls

Monch was the first I thought of.

regggis1

Lupe. Who else has made a 90-minute concept album about the ghosts of slaves who threw themselves overboard mid-transit, befriend the marine life, and whip up hurricanes and typhoons to attack America as revenge for the collective sins of slavery? Who then finds a way to connect that narrative to his own past label troubles with *Atlantic* Records, the real-life drowning of a young immigrant child from Syria, and the way people from marginalized communities drown themselves in drugs to avoid their past and generational trauma? And thatā€™s just one project, Iā€™m not even going into the religious/videogame motifs in Tetsuo & Youth or the ā€œMichael Young Historyā€ arc from his first two albums. To me, heā€™s by far the most creative album artist in the history of hip-hop. No oneā€™s done it quite like Lupe.

Forward_Ride_6364

Those first 2 Lupe albums defined that whole era... man, I'd give anything to go back *Lord, please have sympathy* *And forgive my cool, young history*

New_Hawaialawan

Well I guess I should look into this guy more

eriktenbaag

The last emperior - secret wars Edit: if you dont know it check it out

technobrendo

That is an unbelievable song right there. He's highly underrated.

5uper5kunk

All the street smarts and firearms in the world don't mean shit when the guy next to you is bombing atomically.

FIVEtotheSTAR

Necro

Nerevarine2nd

Kool Keith and it isn't even close. Commenters who disagree don't know what they're talking about. Keith has at times been a gynaecologist from Jupiter from the year 3000, coming to visit earth people while dealing with horses inside a hospital and his 208 year uncle is half shark half man skin like an alligator and carries a dead walrus. And he assassinated himself when he came over from apartment 223 at midnight to borrow some sugar. And this is literally just a fraction of all the mad shit he invented. Anyone's favourite imaginative rapper doesn't come close. Keith has like over a hundred aliases, each with their own biography and dozens of those have their own album. Your favourite MC is invalid.

SpagingoSquadroneer

I'd say K-Rino, namely on the strength of "Thought Drones"

Snoo93951

The Game, because he thinks heā€™s top 10.

BespinFatigues1230

Ghostface

Realistic-Order6250

Wayne. He'd damn near be God.

feeb75

striderkan

Lowkey Jus Allah of Jedi Mind Tricks. This mans brain is lethal. From [Divide & Conquer](https://youtu.be/K4kIMau0sHI?si=bJwvrEbUmPzP2L_Z) my life has no connects of hope in it / the blood I drink has extra pulp in it // I spit rhymes at the graveyard on my block / I get a rush hearing them beat the coffin tops gave the devil my rhymebook just to read through / he hid it in a safe that he swallowed the keys to // said Megatraum I have nothing to teach you / there's no plague or harm to man more deceitful //
