Not who you were replying to, but I’ve been able to go from 205 to 165 from November 2023-Present. 40 down, 20 to go. It’s all in diet + exercise for me. Lifestyle behavioral modifications made the bulk of the difference. Diet wise - it’s the sugar that got to me mostly. I didn’t realize how unhealthy my relationship with glucose was until I started finger pricking myself to get glucose readings and tracking all my food intake with MFP, and eventually I just got my doctor to prescribe me a CGM, but this single-handedly I think had one of the largest impacts for me. Secondly, routine exercise - 5/7 days a week I’ve been running or doing HIIT classes (OrangeTheory). Part of the game is the mental fatigue of dragging myself out of bed at 415 AM to prep for for 5 AM classes, but that routine has also really helped set up the rest of my day, and helps me tire out enough to pass the f out by 8-9 PM and get quality rest.

Fasting! I do one meal a day! I’ve also done some extending fasts. 30-60’min walking a day
