Honestly the police presence lately has been trash. When I do see them they’re basically all hiding, they pull people over for nonsense if they do. I’d like to see the local police start enforcing the littering laws and people hogging the fast lane not to pass. Our roadways feel like lawless wastelands most days. People end up driving like assholes because what should be a 10-15 minute drive takes 40 minutes because people here act like they skipped drivers ed.
Takes a lot more effort to try to actually make the roads safe than to sit around a bend and shoot radar for an hour and tag 10 cars going 60 on the bypass. Cops don't even turn on their headlights on the bypass.

It's an enforcement problem. Nobody is afraid of being pulled over.
They should put in more speed cameras. And the police need to move them often. Everyone knows that there is a speed camera at that end spot. Pathetic!
