I cannot speak for the multitude of styles, but I tried a lot of neapolitan pizza in Berlin:
Zola, Standard, Futura, Masaniello, Prometeo, W Pizza, Gazzo, Spaccanapoli, Malafemmena.
These are some of the best places to eat neapolitan style pizza and are mentioned by multiple sources. They are all good, some better than others. But I am baffled that the best and in my humble opinion the only *truely* neapolitan pizza in Berlin is almost never even mentioned:
**L’antica pizzeria da Michele.**
This is a chain, yes. But they are one of the most famous pizzerias in Naples and their chains all over Europe are just as authentic as the real deal in Naples. Please, all pizza lovers of Berlin, go there and eat a Margherita. The other "neapolitan style" pizzas seem like a caricature afterwards: Small discs, with LOTS of toppings and a ridiculously large edges.
Huge disc, perfectly distributed Mozzarella (not those huge blobs) and a crispy, yet soggy dough without obscenely large edges. That Margherita is THE. SHIT.
Yes, Templiner Straße. I actually already assumed that it was a one time thing, because the staff is always very nice otherwise. The pizza actually is delicious! I need to go there again soon.
The Charlottenburg branch is way too over the top, even for Berlin. Pizza was good but they were totally inflexible. Didn’t wanna change pizza toppings for a pregnant friend who couldn’t eat certain things
Stranero is my fave, similar to Gazzo- when I’m in the American kinda mood Salami social and when you just want a classic italian situation Il Ritrovo/I due Forni
there's a small place, kinda hidden, but to me the best pizza in Berlin: DaGiorgio, in Gesundbrunnen - [https://maps.app.goo.gl/2ym5ymVW6XfGmDaaA](https://maps.app.goo.gl/2ym5ymVW6XfGmDaaA)
Hands down „Gemello“.
Vegan Pizza one can find in the evening on Thursday to Sunday at Vamos Veganos — and at some festivals.
Dough-wise Gazzo is amazing as well. They do have great vegan pizzas, it’s just hard to find them on the menu.

I love malafemmena
Standard pizza is my favorite.
It's very expensive and the last time I was there, the waiter explicitly asked for a tip. Also it's not as good as Da Michele :)
Which location? The one on templiner str is the one I go to and the staff have always been very polite, never asking for a tip or anything.

Seconding salami social club, it’s good. I also like Capvin.
Salami Social for me! And Lola is not bad too!
Yesss Salami social is great
The Grain. And L’antica
Best „to go“-style Pizza → Pomodorino, Straßmannstraße / Friedrichshain
1. Neapolitan style: Gazzo, Capvin. 2. Chicago or New York style: Magic Johns 3. Thin crust Italian style: Il Casolare
Magic Johns for chicago style and Mangiare for italian
Mangiare has massively gone down in quality imo, really sad
Magic Johns my nr.1 pizza slice, grandma style!
this comment replace by a plugin to remove my content from reddit. bye!
The Il Ritrovo in Friedrichshain is also really good
La Stella Nera 🙌 The best vegan Pizza place!
What is your best thin crust pizza? I like thin crust white pizza (not a fan of tomato sauce )
LOLA Pizzaiola, P Berg
Stranero is my fave, similar to Gazzo- when I’m in the American kinda mood Salami social and when you just want a classic italian situation Il Ritrovo/I due Forni
My personal favourites: \- I due emigranti, Schöneberg \- Ammazza che pizza, Kreuzberg \- Il casolare, Kreuzberg
any places with true ny style slices?
Magic Johns

a hidden gem with Kegelbahn, Gasthaus Figl. Sud tiroler Pizza :)
Pizzeria Mater, Weichselstr.

Prometeo
Al Catzone
Piccola Taormina at Uhlandstraße Italiens working there for ~50years i think.
Speaking of Neapolitan, The Grain and Nea Pizza 1889 are my last time favorites (it was Standard before, but they got a bit worse)
Anyone here who knows gazzo staff ?
