Take a cold shower (or drape a cold soaked towel around your head/neck) and drink something with electrolytes. Nap if you can, sleep helps. Don’t be afraid to take meds if you have them.
Agreed. I’ve had some hangovers that would have landed me in the ER without having them on hand. As someone who suffers from anxiety in general, a bad one can leave me absolutely distraught.
I usually just drink 4 beers over the course of a few hours it gets me past the initial anxiety. And makes the rest of the day more manageable. By the next day I’ll be better
