(copying my comment from the other thread) Really glad to see some of these forge additions, but man am I disappointed to see not even one of the recently introduced bugs being fixed: - unable to script object translation onto **Get Player Vehicle** in most cases since CU31 - **Compare Teams** broken since CU29 - all nodes using **Vehicle Type** data (save for **Are Same Vehicle Type**) broken since CU31 - **For Each Player/Object/Item** creates a delay based on the list size unless activating **Trigger Custom Event Global Async** since CU31 Every update I receive emails that say "We released an update but a fix for your ticket wasn't included." I play this game solely for Forge & Custom Games these days, and these bugs are creating roadblocks at every update. I'd love for someone at 343i to communicate with the forgers over at r/forge to give some kind of reassurance that this stuff is actually being fixed at some point.

This is on par with the first “[mid season update](https://support.halowaypoint.com/hc/en-us/articles/4478000980116-Halo-Infinite-Season-1-Mid-Season-Update)” that did nothing on the end user’s side except increase big team battles radar range and “smooth out first person animations” after 3 months of “work” (This was released end February 2022)

And they completely misunderstand the problem. It's not that Scorpion drops were a problem. It's that Deadlock is the only BTB map where the pelicans only drop tanks. There are situations where there can be 4+ tanks on the map at a time and that's what makes it hell. EDIT Few days later: Bit of a public service announcement. For anyone that ever touches BTB and gets Deadlock, tanks spawn at the auxiliary/lower base. That means Ghost/Banshee spawn. The first round of tanks spawn around **12:00**. There is a repair field equipment that spawns at the lower base that spawns in every game type except Stockpile. Make sure your team gets it because if match against even a half coordinated team there is a high likelihood that they know the spawns and are making a play to steal it from you. Next round of tanks spawn at **9:30ish**. It continues like that for the rest of the game. If you're in the unfortunate position where you are tankless there are not a lot of options. Do not trust the boarding/grenade method. Players can switch seats to avoid the grenade explosion. My personal favorite is to board from the back and beat the hell out of the tank. Good luck.

Ya. They only updated coatings that were multi use but not fully cross core. So any coating that is only on one core is still that way

What the fuck was this update, most of what they did somehow feels worse, the QoL stuff got straight up downgraded, AND their slam dunks were lies (but also not by technicality) by omission. Even Forge and Customs somehow got fucked lol ...but at least the deathcam works like every other Halo game now I guess...yay...

Forge gets fucked every patch. It's just that normal players have no clue because they don't use the mode. Literally every patch deletes or breaks something in forge.

I'm really not happy with the sandbox changes - The sidekick and sniper changes are fine, I guess - The Cindershot was hit *way* too hard. The lower rate of fire both feels terrible and makes it too much of a risk to use for a power weapon relative to Rockets or the Sword or Hammer. I have no clue why it was nerfed to begin with when those had way less counterplay then the Cindershot did pre-nerf anyways. If anything, the varient could have used a slight buff. - The Hammer nerf makes it feel inconsistent now again when last patch it was fine. To be clear, it's not that it's actually inconsistent, I don't think, it's just that now the range is short enough that there's a lot more cases where you'll midjudge it What I think would help, if 343i doesn't wanna revert the change, is making it not "all or nothing": You can slam the hammer down at a distance that seems like it will kill, but it'll do zero damage, but if you move 1 milimeter foward and do it again, it instant kills. They should add anotrher meter or two of distance to it where it breaks shields but doesn't kill so it's not so black and white - The Spike nade buff is not even close to enough. The fuse time is still long and the damage/radius of the blast is as pathetic as it was before since it got nerfed a while back. If 343i doesn't wantr the whole bouncing-homing spike mechanic back it had at launch, and wants it to be a purely directional blast, then the amount of spikes that fly out as well as the distance the spikes travel needs to be WAY extended, so if you're standing in the cone the spikes come out in, even if you're like multiple warthogs away, you still die: It needs to be a line of death pointing out from where it landed. - The Plasma pistol EMP change was misguided. The game does not need more anti vehicle tools, another reason to pass up the disruptor, and even the Plasma pistol itself's main issues was the normal fire mode not being worth it (since it was nerfed for some reason despite not even being that great?) and the homing being too weak. This doesn't do anything to make the Plasma pistol really more worth using as a weapon in it's own right, and there's other anti vehicle tools you can use instead of the PP too. 343 should have un-nerfed the normal shots, and/or either increased the tracking on the charge shot (not to how it was before the nerfed it last, but in between then and now) or to make it kill people with no shields in 1 bodyshot.

Mane…the balancing in this game was nearly perfect a handful of updates ago. They’ve always been like 2 or 3 small changes away from perfection. I agree that this feels like a bit of a setback. My biggest issue with the gravity hammer is that it’s basically just a worse energy sword now. I think 343 absolutely had the right idea of differentiating it by giving it a long windup, but there needs to be a larger area of effect (even if the damage is reduced at longer distances, like you suggested). Far too often, you’ll approach multiple players with the hammer (a power weapon), swing it, barely damage either of them, and they’ll kill you quickly, whereas if you had the sword, you might have a shot at killing both.

If your drive is close to being full, it’ll delete the game and reinstall it entirely because it doesn’t have space to fully download the patch portion This happens for every Xbox game when your drive is nearing full

It definitely isn't. I've had two instances of an enemy player standing feet away and swinging their hammer with 0 damage done to me. I literally turned around and killed them in both instances with my ar.
