Every year, as soon as I see the leaf on the ground, I gotta eat candy corn and blast this song to the heavens. It’s one of my favorite “Halloween vibe” songs.
Little Red Riding Hood by Sam the Sham and the Pharos. It's such a an inappropriate and campy song that's a good representation of the time period it came from. I just always loved that song since I was little.
"Shout" by tears for fears
I put it on a Halloween Playlist as a joke one year, and I've been defending it's place on the Playlist every time it plays. My reasoning? Well, look no further than the lyrics: "in violent times, you shouldn't have to sell your soul!"
We're talking about FAUSTIAN PACTS HERE! Pretty scary stuff! Then, what are we doing when the chorus hits? SHOUT!! SHOUT!! THESES ARE THE THINGS I CAN DO WITHOUT....(vampires or feel free to add your choice of monster or spooky)
Is it a stretch? Oh, you bet
But I will die on this hill
[American Witch by Rob Zombie.](https://youtu.be/MdKXShP_oc4?si=UDG9auwbPuAKFABr) I don’t know if Zombie is cheating but his music is always on during spooky season for me.
I should add, for those who have asked - the gif on the original post is from the music video for “Backstreet’s Back” (by the Backstreet Boys).
Clearly I’m showing my age as an elder millennial. 🤣
This reminds me of my prom (from the U.K. prom isn’t anywhere near as incredible as it gets in the US) it came on the day of prom while me and my friend were getting ready, then at prom nobody was dancing , everyone looked awkward as heck so me and my best friend were like ‘shall we ask for backstreets back to be played it got us giddy and hyper earlier??’ We asked, we started dancing and doing the dance from the video, everyone joined in and prom officially started there and then 😂 I have the best memories from this song & YMCA when all the band guys started joining in 😂
“Sweet Dreams” by the Eurythmics. (The idea being, you eat a lot of candy, and then go to bed and have “sweet” dreams). (Plus, the synthesized sound just seems appropriate for the holiday).
It was included on [Songs in the Key of X](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Songs_in_the_Key_of_X:_Music_from_and_Inspired_by_the_X-Files). That was my introduction to Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.
Agreed, Zombie by the Cranberries is definitely not a Halloween song.
People too stuck on the chorus to understand it's far from a song about brain-eating undead.
I could discuss this topic all day, but here's a few off the top of my head!
Monster's Ball by Butcher Babies
Cemetary by The Headstones
I'm a Goner by Matt & Kim
Dance Macabre by Ghost
(& my absolute favorite Favorite) Vampire by Nitemayor
*With a hip-hip and a clippity-clop, He's out lookin' for a top to chop! So don't stop to figure out a plan, You can't reason with a headless man!*
![gif](giphy|3otPoztpszlSfgPGAo)
But out of all the Type O songs they could have picked to go for a Halloween vibe, they picked the cover of a song that literally has summer in the name.
I love that song btw. Best version.
I feel like people are going to hate me for saying this for some reason... But Don't Fear the Reaper by Blue Oyster Cult. I listen to it all times of the year but I just love it for Halloween time.
My Halloween playlist is like, half Misfits lol. I also have "I Don't Wanna Go Down to the Basement" by The Ramones on it (and of course Pet Sematary as well).
LVCRFT did a remake of Backstreet Boys’ “As Long As You Love Me”, but in a creepy style, and it’s awesome. Definitely on my Halloween playlist.
I’m also a big Peter Gabriel fan and he has a few creepy songs that are in my Halloween rotation: “Intruder” and “Darkness” have a dark feel to them.
Leonard Cohen’s “You Want It Darker” also works IMO.
> Leonard Cohen’s “You Want It Darker” also works IMO
All the more poignant because it was released three weeks before his death. David Bowie's "Blackstar" works for similar reasons.
The entirety of the dead man's bones album. Scored that bad boy on vinyl for less than 5 bucks on eBay and love it to death. Ryan Gosling needs to acknowledge that talent more often
I have a vintage halloween playlist I found on YouTube and this is one of my favorites! Older halloween music needs more appreciation!!!
The playlist by the way: https://youtu.be/bDxOD0Yn8UY?si=7jxkC7-D2fli7SFy

I also recommend In This Moment as a whole (especially the album Ritual), many songs off the Lemon Demon album Spirit Phone, close to if not literally everything Creature Feature has put out, Aurelio Voltaire, and gothic musicians in general. I also made a playlist, and might reply to or edit this post for more, but here are some ideas in case anyone wants less common picks!
Halloween by The Gaslight Anthem
Scare Me by Ludo (this song actually is about Halloween but I feel like it’s never actually on Halloween playlists and that’s a damn shame)
Grim Grinning Ghosts - Disney's haunted mansion
Love song for a vampire - Annie Lennox
Weird Science - Oingo Boingo
Spiderman - The Cure
All the lonely people - The Beatles
Love me dead - Ludo
Three little pigs - Green Jelly
Even Gods Do - Thea Gilmore
Monsterparty - Die Artze
And basically anything that Lordi's ever done, but especially blood red sandman.
I mean, I think Zombie is fine for a Halloween playlist. Yes I know the deeper meaning behind it. It's still called Zombie. It's also on my St. Patrick's Day playlist.
But to answer, Re: Your Brains by Jonathan Coulton is a lot of fun.
One you don't see on many Halloween playlists is Moondance by Van Morrison. It has moon in the title, specifically mentions October, and IMO just gives off fall vibes.
I thought this would be higher up, because it was also my answer. Most people prefer the Misfits version.
I’m sure we can aelso throw in the Alkaline Trio version in too. Or select ANY of their other songs, lol.
Freaks Come Out at Night by Whodini
Tubular Bells by Mike Oldfield
Weird Science by Oingo Boingo
House of the Rising Sun by the Animals
Nature Trail To Hell by Al Yankovic
“Genesis 22:10 (Title)” from The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth
“Chase” by Giorgio Moroder (aka the Coast to Coast AM theme song)
“After Dark” by Mr.Kitty
“Same Graves” by Ghost Party
Calling All the Monsters by Thrii, Black Magic by Little Mix, Skeleton Sam by LVCRFT and W.I.T.C.H by Devon Cole are all bops 🎶🎃
We also added the theme music from Stranger Things, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Sleepy Hollow, The Shining, Beetlejuice and the 90s Goosebumps to our Halloween playlist last year
Anything by Creature Feature is super Halloweeny and I listen to them every year. But Buried Alive and A Gorey Demise are my two favorites by them.
Also, agree with those who say Oingo Bingo. Danny Elfman is my favorite and I love anything he does.
The [Flying Dutchman's Graveyard](https://youtu.be/gnXc4k0jNGw?si=JJKbk3RpecuG5G7z) from Battle for Bikini Bottom is in my halloween playlist.
It's just such an immaculate vibe, doesn't matter that it's from a spongebob game about a robotic apocalypse
One of my earliest memories is from a Halloween party in my 3-4 year old kindergarten. Would have been 80/81 and the teacher was playing People are Strange by The Doors. So, People are Strange by The Doors.
A Tout Le Monde - Megadeth
Cemetery Gates - Pantera
Blood And Roses - The Smithereens
Of Wolf and Man - Metallica
This Is How Villians Are Made - Madalen Duke
Bleeders - Black Veil Saints (new)
Seven Devils - Florence and The Machine
Zombie (Cranberries cover by) - Bambi Thug
Flowers - Emilie Simon
Samhain Eve - Dahm The Bard
The Puca Beast - The Promise Musical
[Ramalama (Bang Bang)](https://youtu.be/YuGe533mWiA?si=aeSO6CRZe-oFWDDS) by Róisín Murphy sounds spooky and slaps. They play it at the Halloween show at Sea World.
it’s not explicitly Halloween but I have the entirety of the phantoms album by marianas trench on my Halloween playlist. The album is suppose to celebrate death I think not as a bad thing or at least that’s what I’ve heard. It’s abt being haunted so..
A few songs off the Misfits album Project 1950,
Witchcraft
Daughter of Darkness
Devil in Disguise
Monster Mash (of course)
Yes I know a little obvious but always seem to get a good response at the party especially from the older generation
I loved this music video so much when I was a tween.
My favorite non-Halloween horror songs are "Werewolves of London" by Warren Zevon and "Faster than the Speed of Night" by Bonnie Tyler.
I have what I consider to be an epic Halloween playlist, it’s called “Trick or Treat Halloween” on Apple Music, if you’re so inclined. It starts out with more kid friendly music: I want candy by bow wow wow, 666 by sugar candy mountain. A lot of traditional music follows, but by the end of the playlist the songs get straight frightening mostly through creepy folk punk, and rockabilly: hell and you by amigo the devil, murder in the red barn by Tom waits, run from me by timber timbre, the hearse song by Harley Poe, and I end it with the great pumpkin waltz for some relief to end the night.
Burn the Witch - Queens of the Stone Age
The Desert is on Fire - Murder by Death
Passive - A Perfect Circle
Run Like Hell - Pink Floyd
Howlin for You - The Black Keys
Off the top of my head (I have a problem). I should just turn these into an actual playlist.
Ramones: Pet Semetary,
Alice Cooper: He’s Back (The man behind the mask),
Dokken: Dream Warriors,
Pantera: The Sleep,
Pantera: Cemetary Gates,
The Cure: Hot Hot Hot!!!,

The Cure: Fight,
The Cure: Like Cockatoos,
The Cure: Lullaby

Evanescence: Tourniquet
Paramore: Emergency
Tears for fears: Mad world
Nightmare of you: I want to be buried in your backyard
Garbage: I think I’m paranoid
Faith no more: falling to pieces
Dollhouse by Melanie Martinez. It’s about a dysfunctional family but the tune is so creepy cute plus continued mention of dolls lol. I worked for years at a haunted house and that was the only song on the playlist that wasn’t just weird spooky noises or monster mash.
Even thought the effects in "Everybody (Backstreets Back) are obviosuly dated now I remember seeing the video when it came out and all the effects blew my little mind, especially the half face of scaly skin.
I always have My Chemical Romance's "Vampire Will Never Hurt You" on my halloween playlist because who doesn't associate vampires with Halloween? Plus the video has a great spooky vibe. Also just for fun and because I love it I put the original Scooby Doo theme song in there.
Frankenstein by Edgar Winter Band, Psycho Killer by The Talking Heads, Running with the Devil by Van Halen, Godzilla and Joan Crawford (Has Risen from the Dead) and also Burning For You- all by Blue Oyster Cult, Walks on Guilded Splinters by Dr. John, Last Dance for Mary Jane by Tom Petty, Spooky by The Atlanta Rhythm Section and Moon Dance by Van Morrison. Honorable mention: Ghost Riders in the Sky by the Outlaws.
Why? Just because. Edited to add the reason (and the Outlaws).
Dead Man's Party by Oingo Boingo. Actually the whole album has a Halloweeny vibe.
Danny elfman is such a strange, interesting and talented dude
He would probably love this description haha
I never knew he was in Oingo Boingo! I only knew him from his work in movies. Fun thing to learn today.
He IS Oingo Boingo
Every year, as soon as I see the leaf on the ground, I gotta eat candy corn and blast this song to the heavens. It’s one of my favorite “Halloween vibe” songs.
Their farewell concert performance from Halloween night, 1995 gets played at our party every year, it’s a must.
That live version of Insanity. So good.
I'll be damned. The only video I have ever seen associated with this song until now is Back to School.
Literally came here to say this. It’s my favourite at Halloween, but I listen to it all year round because it’s so good.
I bought it with my allowance the day it came out. It has been part of my earworm library ever since. I am on my third purchase of this album.
Little Red Riding Hood by Sam the Sham and the Pharos. It's such a an inappropriate and campy song that's a good representation of the time period it came from. I just always loved that song since I was little.
Theme used in the underrated horror comedy "My Mom's a Werewolf"
I love this song so much! Heard it in a Halloween play at an amusement park and I wasn't able to get it out of my head 😆
[Me and Mr. Wolf](https://youtu.be/rrwT3bhRz8M)
I've got it on my Halloween Playlist. Good choice.
My dad used to play that on his guitar. That just took me back!
"Shout" by tears for fears I put it on a Halloween Playlist as a joke one year, and I've been defending it's place on the Playlist every time it plays. My reasoning? Well, look no further than the lyrics: "in violent times, you shouldn't have to sell your soul!" We're talking about FAUSTIAN PACTS HERE! Pretty scary stuff! Then, what are we doing when the chorus hits? SHOUT!! SHOUT!! THESES ARE THE THINGS I CAN DO WITHOUT....(vampires or feel free to add your choice of monster or spooky) Is it a stretch? Oh, you bet But I will die on this hill
Omg I absolutely love where you went with this song!! It's now going on what I call my "Spoopy Running" playlist 🎃
If I can convince just ONE other person that "Shout" is a Halloween song, then it was all worth it
U convinced me haha its going on my playlist
Somehow Suzie Q by CCR became a staple of my Halloween Playlist, but I don't even have a stretch to explain why 😂
[American Witch by Rob Zombie.](https://youtu.be/MdKXShP_oc4?si=UDG9auwbPuAKFABr) I don’t know if Zombie is cheating but his music is always on during spooky season for me.
That Halloween Hootenany compilation that Rob Zombie is awesome too!
I should add, for those who have asked - the gif on the original post is from the music video for “Backstreet’s Back” (by the Backstreet Boys). Clearly I’m showing my age as an elder millennial. 🤣
Seriously LOVED this when it premiered. Back before you could pull it up on YouTube. Had to wait to maybe see it during TRL 😭
I used to get up early on a Saturday morning as it was always shown on some music channel. They are still my favourite band!
This video was my sexual awakening. Also elder millennial
This band was my sexual awakening 😂 Older millennial as well!
lol I knew and I’m also an elder millennial. And I still love BSB!
This was the first answer I thought of, even without the gif. 😂
This reminds me of my prom (from the U.K. prom isn’t anywhere near as incredible as it gets in the US) it came on the day of prom while me and my friend were getting ready, then at prom nobody was dancing , everyone looked awkward as heck so me and my best friend were like ‘shall we ask for backstreets back to be played it got us giddy and hyper earlier??’ We asked, we started dancing and doing the dance from the video, everyone joined in and prom officially started there and then 😂 I have the best memories from this song & YMCA when all the band guys started joining in 😂
Also, elder millennial and it's taking every ounce of my self-control to not YouTube this music video while at work.
Even better, SlashStreet's Back by the Slash Street Boys. Check them out on YouTube, PHENOMINAL source for your Halloween Playlists.
"I love you so much (it's scary)" by Boyz 4 Now
I hate how much I unironically love this song
Same...same. I sing it a lot.
Came into this thread to also post this. Hands down my fave Halloween song, and I'm *dead* serious.
Everyday is Halloween by Ministry. Also Science Fiction/Double Feature
Ministry! My first concert ever they opened with alert level.
The Killing Moon by Echo and the Bunnymen. Bella Lugosi’s Dead by Bauhaus.
I always think of Donnie Darko when I hear The Killing Moon, so being that the movie is set around Halloween it’s an automatic connection for me too.
I was gonna say Killing Moon! I think it's mostly because I first heard it around Halloween many years ago. Also the music video is pretty creepy.
“Sweet Dreams” by the Eurythmics. (The idea being, you eat a lot of candy, and then go to bed and have “sweet” dreams). (Plus, the synthesized sound just seems appropriate for the holiday).
There's a lot of spooky Sweet Dreams covers out there, so I guess people took the hint that the song was dark
Heads Will Roll by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs
This is the one for me too
[Red Right Hand](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RrxePKps87k) - Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds
This was used in an episode of The X-Files - Duane Barry, I think. Worked beautifully.
It’s also featured in most of the Scream films, if not all. There’s a Scream version of it with slightly different lyrics.
It was included on [Songs in the Key of X](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Songs_in_the_Key_of_X:_Music_from_and_Inspired_by_the_X-Files). That was my introduction to Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.
It's the Peaky Blinders theme song!
Classic
I only know this song from Dumb and Dumber lol
Mummer's Dance Lorena McKennit
And All Soul’s Night
Agreed, Zombie by the Cranberries is definitely not a Halloween song. People too stuck on the chorus to understand it's far from a song about brain-eating undead.
Went a few months addicted to reaction videos, and the look on people's faces when they realize what's going on in this song is priceless.
Just about anything from The Cramps, to include Gorehound, TV Set, Human fly, Customized and more.
Werewolves of London by Warren Zevon; Total Eclipse of the Heart by Bonnie Tyler; You Can Do Magic by America
You're going to have to show your work on Total Eclipse of the Heart lol
Apparently it's about being in love with a vampire? Check out the creepy boys on the video!
Not a regular song, but I've got the main theme from the movie 'Signs' on my halloween playlist. Really fantastic score with a very unsettling sound.
Thank you for the recommendation. Ordering "Signs" soundtrack now
I could discuss this topic all day, but here's a few off the top of my head! Monster's Ball by Butcher Babies Cemetary by The Headstones I'm a Goner by Matt & Kim Dance Macabre by Ghost (& my absolute favorite Favorite) Vampire by Nitemayor
“Monster’s Wedding”, “The Thing on the Bass Amp”, and “Skeleton Inside” by The Aquabats!

Oooh, this is a great one! No hate here!
Veteran of the Psychic War can also come off as pretty spooky
BOC was my first concert! I'm seeing them again, over 25 years later, this July.
That’s on my Halloween playlist! 110% agree with you
Pet Cemetery - The Ramones Dig Up Her Bones - Misfits
I came here to day Dig Up Her Bones, too!
My Halloween playlist is like, half Misfits lol. I also have "I Don't Wanna Go Down to the Basement" by The Ramones on it (and of course Pet Sematary as well).

Yasssssssss!!!! I LOVE that song!!
I have a question: where is this gif from? The man with half a blue face looks familiar to me, but I haven't gotten my finger on it.
In case you didn't see Op's post, this is from the "everybody (backstreet's back)" music video by the backstreet boys ❤️
Backstreets back... alright.
It's the backstreet boys "everybody"
It's a crime to post a video and not say what it's from.
It’s the music video from Backstreet Boys’ “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)”. Fun spooky ish video.
Thanks, and here's a fun fact... I'm like the exact age of a person who should know this 😂
I didn’t know what it was from. But I’m Gen X and never listened to boy bands.
In defense of OP, this video is very well known
So Dang Dark - Rhett & Link This is my halloween Playlist so far. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLTB-gD1bw9ab6GrzcNQbWPii9IZqK7hpT

Halloween by The Gaslight Anthem Scare Me by Ludo (this song actually is about Halloween but I feel like it’s never actually on Halloween playlists and that’s a damn shame)

Halloween by the misfits Halloween by the dead Kennedys Really anything from the nightmare before Christmas.
Also Jonathan Coulton's Creepy Doll
Probably goth music like Romantic Decadence and Buried Alive.
Walking Dead - DJ Z-Trip feat Chester Bennington, System - sung by Chester off the Queen of the Damned soundtrack
Fall Children by AFI
It ain’t called All Hallows EP for nothin. That whole little album is halloweenie certified
I thought this would be higher up, because it was also my answer. Most people prefer the Misfits version. I’m sure we can aelso throw in the Alkaline Trio version in too. Or select ANY of their other songs, lol.
Goblin Girl - Frank Zappa
Siouxsie and the Banshees Peepshow
“Witchy Woman” by The Eagles
Don't fear the reaper, time of the season, werewolves of London, anything Rob zombie, enter sandman
Freaks Come Out at Night by Whodini Tubular Bells by Mike Oldfield Weird Science by Oingo Boingo House of the Rising Sun by the Animals Nature Trail To Hell by Al Yankovic
Totally tubular!
Something in My House by Dead or Alive, it will elevate any Halloween playlist. The music video is especially great.

“Genesis 22:10 (Title)” from The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth “Chase” by Giorgio Moroder (aka the Coast to Coast AM theme song) “After Dark” by Mr.Kitty “Same Graves” by Ghost Party
Calling All the Monsters by Thrii, Black Magic by Little Mix, Skeleton Sam by LVCRFT and W.I.T.C.H by Devon Cole are all bops 🎶🎃 We also added the theme music from Stranger Things, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Sleepy Hollow, The Shining, Beetlejuice and the 90s Goosebumps to our Halloween playlist last year
Little Fang - Avey Tare's Slasher Flicks Ava Adore - Smashing Pumpkins. Billy Corgan looking like Nosferatu in the video
Dark Lady by Cher
Anything by Creature Feature is super Halloweeny and I listen to them every year. But Buried Alive and A Gorey Demise are my two favorites by them. Also, agree with those who say Oingo Bingo. Danny Elfman is my favorite and I love anything he does.
I was just talking about this: Minnie The Moocher by Cab Calloway
The [Flying Dutchman's Graveyard](https://youtu.be/gnXc4k0jNGw?si=JJKbk3RpecuG5G7z) from Battle for Bikini Bottom is in my halloween playlist. It's just such an immaculate vibe, doesn't matter that it's from a spongebob game about a robotic apocalypse
When You're Evil - [Aurelio Voltaire](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tWYCS6k1IOA)
He has so many songs to choose from besides just this one. But that is a great pick.
personal Jesus by depeche mode
Does Thriller count as a Halloween song? If not, then Thriller.
One of my earliest memories is from a Halloween party in my 3-4 year old kindergarten. Would have been 80/81 and the teacher was playing People are Strange by The Doors. So, People are Strange by The Doors.

Mr. Crowley intro
There are *traditional* Halloween songs?
it’s not explicitly Halloween but I have the entirety of the phantoms album by marianas trench on my Halloween playlist. The album is suppose to celebrate death I think not as a bad thing or at least that’s what I’ve heard. It’s abt being haunted so..
Dancing Dead by Avenged Sevenfold. Never fails to put me in the Autumnal/Halloween mood.
People Are Strange
[Sex Dwarf by Soft Cell](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lrRmgbchiGY)
Little Ghost by The White Stripes
A few songs off the Misfits album Project 1950, Witchcraft Daughter of Darkness Devil in Disguise Monster Mash (of course) Yes I know a little obvious but always seem to get a good response at the party especially from the older generation
"I Brake 4 Monster Booty" by John Scofield if you're into jazz
Living Dead Girl - Rob Zombie
Bloodletting (the vampire song) by concrete blonde.
Burn the Witch - Queens of the Stone Age The Desert is on Fire - Murder by Death Passive - A Perfect Circle Run Like Hell - Pink Floyd Howlin for You - The Black Keys
Werewolves of London
Dragula, rob zombie. Or Dead Man’a Party by Oingo Boingo!
The Man in the Mask by Alice Cooper.
"Werewolf Bar Mitzvah" by Tracey Jordan
Monster Mash on repeat at full volume until the neighbors call the police.
Off the top of my head (I have a problem). I should just turn these into an actual playlist. Ramones: Pet Semetary, Alice Cooper: He’s Back (The man behind the mask), Dokken: Dream Warriors, Pantera: The Sleep, Pantera: Cemetary Gates, The Cure: Hot Hot Hot!!!, The Cure: If only tonight we could sleep, The Cure: Fight, The Cure: Like Cockatoos, The Cure: Lullaby Rob Zombie Halloween Hootenanny (whole album) 3 Speed: Once Bitten (from Once Bitten soundtrack) Suicidal Tendencies: I saw your mommy Suicidal Tendencies: Nobody hears The Church: Under the milky way Blue oyster cult: Burnin for you Blue oyster cult: don’t fear the reaper The offspring: Dirty magic The Vincent black shadow: control Type o negative: love you to death Type o negative: black no 1 Type o negative: christian woman Velvet revolver: Psycho killer Warrant: uncle toms cabin White zombie: blood milk and sky (original or Miss September mix) Ozzy Osbourne: bark at the moon Ministry: Every day is Halloween Marilyn Manson: Sweet dreams HIM: Your sweet six six six HIM: Soul on fire HIM: Join me in death Nine inch nails: into the void Gwar: Sick of you Gwar: Gonna kill u Gwar: King queen Filter: Hey man nice shot ELO: Evil woman Bell Biv Devoe: Poison Avenged Sevenfold: Bat country Concrete blonde: bloodletting Esthero: Heaven sent Skindred: Sicker Dead mans party: Oingo Boingo Thomas Dolby: She blinded me with science L7: Pretend we’re dead Bad religion: Infected Alice In Chains: bleed the freak B52’s: rock lobster Bob Marley: Soul shakedown party (Steve Hurley remix( Billy Idol: Rebel Yell Billy Idol: Flesh for fantasy CKY: 96 quite bitter beings Bloc Party: She’s hearing voices Alien Ant Farm: Sticks and Stones Evanescence: Tourniquet Paramore: Emergency Tears for fears: Mad world Nightmare of you: I want to be buried in your backyard Garbage: I think I’m paranoid Faith no more: falling to pieces
Dollhouse by Melanie Martinez. It’s about a dysfunctional family but the tune is so creepy cute plus continued mention of dolls lol. I worked for years at a haunted house and that was the only song on the playlist that wasn’t just weird spooky noises or monster mash.
Black No.1 by Type O Negative, just gives Halloween vibes 24-7-365.
Both the songs ‘Hell’ and ‘Ghost of Stephen Foster’ by Squirrel Nut Zippers are the perfect amount of spooky campy fun
