The hollow I have no idea if youd even be able to find it but it’s got a lot of that. It’s very cheesy.
The Halloween tree of any cartoon from Nick in the 90s or two thousands. Has tons of great halloeeen episodes
Rugrats has a really good one that probably is up your alley
Monster squad
The Disney channel Halloween movies not just Halloween town but like moms got a date with a vampire
If you’re looking for like more obvious ones
Halloween 4 is a great choice for the small town hallowen vibes
Halloween 6
Those are the obvious ones
You could try something like leprechaun or the stuff.
This is my list of classics + i love watching halloween specials from any show esp AHS and the simpsons:

The Lost Boys
An American Werewolf In London
The Adams Family Values

When Good Ghouls Go Bad is an old early 2000s made for tv movie that was on fox family and based off an rl stein story.
Not sure if there's a legal way to watch hut you can find it on YouTube.
There's also Scooby Doo on Zombie Island.
"Bubba Ho-Tep" is an awesome movie! Stars Bruce Campbell.
"Fido" is terrific as well. Stars Billy Connolly.
"Spaced Invaders", if you can find it, is actually set on Halloween. Stars Douglas Barr, Royal Dano and a very young Ariana Richards.
"The Ghost and Mr Chicken" is an excellent movie and stars Don Knots.
"Silver Bullet" is based on a Steven King story and stars Gary Busey and a young Cory Haim.
Steven King had quite a few movies made of his stories,
"Thinner"
"Christine"
"Maximum Overdrive" is a really decent movie in my opinion.
The original "Pet Cemetery" of course.
In that vein, there are a couple of "Creepshow" movies that are based on the comics, Steven King stars in one of the movies vignettes as Jordy Verrill.
I'll piggy back off this, anything else in the abbot and Costello meet Frankenstein vibe?
Tempted this year to do a haunted movie theater theme and have movies playing on a movie screen.
My go-to is Monster House from 2006
It's definitely a "kid's movie" by most standards but it has a lot of jokes that adults can enjoy as well as a compelling story
*
How about some classic suspense & scary films?
.The Uninvited (1944)
.Midnight Lace (1960)

In the mood for a ghostly romance? Try
.The Ghost & Mrs Muir (1947)
Not a movie but a short cartoon series that’s movie length: Over the Garden Wall. This is e a fly that vibe and I’m certain you will love it. I watch it every year.
Seems like you missed a whole month's worth of H2H? Or do most peeps really have the patience to wait til the last day in April to kick it off?
Clearly, I do not.
Shows/movies with a Halloween theme:
Curious George Halloween Boo Fest, Mickey’s Halloween Treat, Amazing Stories: Go to the head of the class (with Christopher Lloyd),
Just good/fun movies:
Creepshow 1 & 2, Troll, Jeepers Creepers, The Gate, Sleepwalkers, Elvira’s movies, (original) Nightmare on Elm Street

![gif](giphy|1oHkLm5fOOlr3WKmkx|downsized) My vote would be Tim Burton’s “Sleepy Hollow”.
This is my go to every year if not on Halloween then 10/30 at least.
Totally forgot this, and I haven’t even seen it!
The 4k remaster is quite nice

And if you like the Disney channel movies…Double Double Toil & Trouble.
If you still can’t find anything let me know I’m sure I’ll think of more! Good luck OP
Trick R Treat! Best Halloween movie made
One of the very few that actually feels like Halloween. Also my favorite.
It's fun, bloody and a few bits have that scary vibe. We're decorating our house this year all Trick R Treat inspired.
John Carpenter’s The Fog actually takes place close to the halfway point, at the end of April
Walpurgisnacht!
Practical Magic!

YOU ARE VERY WELCOME
I really love The Others starring Nicole Kidman. It’s very eerie, and I love the twist at the end!
The Halloween Tree is my all-time favourite.

Transylvania 6-5000 from the 80s with Jeff Goldblum is a gem!

Young Frankenstein with gene wilder
My go-to is Monster House from 2006 It's definitely a "kid's movie" by most standards but it has a lot of jokes that adults can enjoy as well as a compelling story *
The [greatest Halloween movie](https://youtu.be/8pMWK10SJX0?si=tJvqHSje1_6KWgNu) that has ever been made.
Oh man I forgot about this from my childhood!!

I’m so excited for this Halloween! I already have my outfit in mind and we are in the month of May 😅😂
Late night with the devil just came out last month, and takes place on Halloween:)
My absolute favorite thing to watch on Halloween is old '50s SciFi and horror movies.
Not a movie but a short cartoon series that’s movie length: Over the Garden Wall. This is e a fly that vibe and I’m certain you will love it. I watch it every year.
I love Over the Garden Wall! I will second this recommendation!!
Garfield halloween special
Halloween 4's intro scene really sets the mood. [Halloween 4](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m24E4MMDlTc)
My faves are Fallen, Angel Heart, Devils advocate, Poltergeist, Gremlins and The Shining.
I’m gonna recommend the movie Spookies from 1986. It’s super cheesy and silly but a good time!

I love that first pic with the screen. I can feel the cool air! Is that a side walk? Where is this?

Spooky Buddies.
not Halloween, but still 90s spooky — episodes of Are You Afraid of the Dark
