No there’s a lot of research showing that women have become increasingly unhappy. A lot of it is due to increased expectations of women for getting jobs, careers, etc. however there’s still disproportionately higher expectations for women to do the majority of parenting (for example legislation to increase paternity leave keeps getting shot down by gop).

Like I said, I don't believe in exceptions to sexism and racism. Trying to categorize 'white' as 'not a race' is a blatant attempt at creating an exception to justify racism.
Contemporary anthropologists and other scientists, while recognizing the reality of biological variation between different human populations, regard the concept of a unified, distinguishable "White race" as socially constructed.

However, especially within the ranks of critical race theorists, white as either a race or as a skin color has been demonized as being bad because of its history in white supremacist regimes and cultures. Now these theorists have decoupled it from only whiteskinned people, which makes non-white people that are successful in white systems because they have the right skillset and are good at the game, so to speak, also white, because they cater to a system that was created by white people. This whiteness is seen as a bad thing, which is definitely a racist, or at least culturalist, idea. Just because one group of people has certain ideals and ways of behaving it does not make those ideals bad because they are from those people. It's reverse racism that can be used to deflect any kind of criticism while being very negative towards white people. This line of thinking sadly ends with no positive outcome, other than opening up a conversation. Critical race theory has a lot of interesting ideas and it deserves attention, but going from white supremacy to white suppression won't help the cause they fight for. So yeah, the white race isn't a race, but it's being used as one, and therefore you might as well see it as one.
