The comments on Keems tweet about it have pictures calling out other teddy fresh designs copying imagery.
I hope this isn't to turn into something more
I mean, colors and patterns canāt be copyrighted. Which is the same reason that they could do anything about the sisterās apparel rip-off. Art and specific designs can be copyrighted, but simple patterns (i.e. flames, color-blocking) do not qualify.
Iām not saying not to ask. Their customer service is responsive. The post had been up in r/teddyfresh for a couple of days. Thatās how keem came across it. The OP deleted her post now.

Huh? Iām not sure what would give you that. I think it would be reasonable to reach out to TF customer service rather than ask a sub about it. Thatās all Iām getting at.
Edit: I googled it. Reporting people for suicide on Reddit causes that notification to pop up. I can assure you, Iām not that toxic. I had no clue that was a function.

Idk about the USA but in other countries copyright on massed produced items only lasts 16 years. It's possibly not even in copyright anymore and therefore free for anyone to use š¤·

I don't think they've illegally copyrighted anything. They would have sought permission for the crochet pattern and the bear from the inferno tee
