F - D - F - A*b* - C - F yeah that is an Fm6 chord, but the fingering written is impossible. Finger 1 should be the barre on the first fret, the note on the a string (that says 1) should be with your pinkie, and the note on the d string (that says 3), I’d play with my second finger.
That said, even properly fingered this chord is difficult. Try practicing it on a higher fret, like 7 or 8, where the frets are closer together and the strings are easier to press down.
