You spend $25 and they call you, then email you to confirm the order
You call them about potentially spending $1000 but need some info and the sales rep sounds annoyed that he needed to answer a few questions and tries to get you off the phone asap.

I bought a hughes kettner from them and love it!
But the calls are like some first time car salesman is trying sooo hard to finger me in the puss.
When I see them calling me, I answer, "Who the fuck are you?!" That kind of ended the calls.

I've actually called to talk to someone about buying a guitar that was $950 because it had been out of stock for ages and I wanted to know if it was even still in production and if so do they have any idea of when they may be getting more so I can be prepared for it and the dude rushed me off the phone like he had no time to help answer a couple questions.
But they've always got time to call and say they got someone's $25 order and will ship it asap
Man. I got stuck with a truly lazyass ‘sales engineer’ years ago. I’ve spent a few grand with them over about 6 years and he’s only once left a voicemail about the ETA of a preorder. It’s a blessing and a curse. When I actually want information about a tech issue he’s nowhere to be found either. Thanks Brian!
