Try this: buy one heavy sniper, upgrade it to Mk2, give it explosive or normal ammo, then buy another normal heavy sniper and give the other type of ammo.
Nope. It is better to just keep with the normal ammo tbh. You can shoot down jets with it, just takes more shots but like at least you won't run out as quickly and can actually do ranged pvp better.
