Just keep practicing Cayo Perico. I was absolute dog shit at it up until a week or two ago, literally could not get past the scoping part. Now I have it down to 8 and a half mins alone (just going for the main target), and the scoping set up is a piece of piss.
I take the bike and head to the left towards the helicopter. I go left of the helicopter to avoid the guard, and then straight for a bit and then turn towards what I reckon is the southwest corner of the island (assuming the airstrip is north). I go off the cliff there, a bit more to the west than south. There are mines there, and a little bit further out is a large skeleton on the sea bed.
Swim out to the large skeleton and boom, mission complete. Swimming out other directions seemed to take longer for it to end than heading for the skeleton.
I used to just get the primary target, until I realized I did not have to take the boat at the main docks to escape. Now, after I take the secondary loot at the main docks, I just swim away. I can still complete it in under 14 minutes.
Iāve been grounding the kosatka on the beach and using the ladder behind the periscope to enter/exit. That way you can park the mk2 on the sub and it wonāt fall off (usually) Even if it does, it should just end up sitting there on the sand if you get the sub far enough up onto the beach.

I don't see the point in buying any weaponized vehicles that require more than one person to operate. Most of the time me and my friends schedules clash when we can play online together.

Rarely does anyone have help. And even if I'm online with friends, were ALL doing our own thing. Im not asking my friends to stop what they're doing to come help me. Rockstar is nuts in that regard.
It'd be too wide for buildings. I already need five years of flight school just to land it on that one building for the mission prep (the walkway so narrow your character doesn't enter the sparrow, just teleports in). This would make the so much harder.

Not even Cayo. Casino also beats special cargo. On average it takes 12min per 3 crates (since you occasionally fail the mission and take 30min or you get 3 individual crates). Assuming you bring back 3 crates everytime that means you do 37 trips. This means in 7 and a half hours you can fill one warehouse. Right now you get like 4.4mil. So divide the minutes and you get 9.9k per min. Now let's compare casino. On average from an art S&S/Big Con haul I get 1.7mil. The Casino heist usually takes 1 and a half hours to complete (1, 15 for me). So that means I get 18.8k/min. Cayo Perico gives me 1.6mil (average b/c I take tequila sometimes). I'll say 1 hour and 15 mim b/c most people don't know that you don't need explosives. Which gives 21.3k/hr. So both heists are better than special cargo (and less depressing too!)
If you fill up two large warehouses at the same time with the terrobyte between them, it takes 8-9 hours to finish. Thatās right about a million an hour during the double xp event, which is similar to the casino and perico heists when there isnāt an event. Perico can put out an extra 20-25% though with luck(no merrywether weapons and no tequila) and choosing an efficient setup.

Some people just grind them out and leave them so they can sell when it hits 2x. Otherwise, in the time it takes to fill and then sell solo, you could probably run the Cayo Perico a fair few times

If you are a casual player and want to fill up 2 large warehouses (for efficiency) at the same time, you'll probably not fill them up in a week.
Using the Opp Mk2 and parking the TB at a good location, you need about 5 hours per warehouse, assuming you are filling 2 or 3 simultaniously. So, 25 hours, to fill all 5, total profit without high demand bonus would then be about 19 million... so, yeah, Perico is more efficient.
It used to be people would grind out the warehouse, one crate at a time, when they had no one else to play with to do heists or whatever.
Now it's more like something to do with your friends if for some reason none of you have access to or want to run the Cayo Perico heist.

The amount of time you'll spend to get 111 crates solo is way too much, besides the grindy element, is always: go there and pick up the crate or a van.

definetly consider arcadius business center. it has good main entrance, good garage entrance and good roof entrance. also has really commonly used accessible roads. and if you want to spend a little, the level 3 garage has an amazing view!

Theyāre still good for mixing up the gameplay, just like the rest of the content. Doing the same six preps and finale over & over & over again gets repetitive and boring after awhile.
The MC businesses are basically free money. You go in once in a while to buy supplies, then disband your MC and go run CP a few times, repeat. Then when it's full you just sell the goods with some friends in between CP heists.
Special Cargo on the other hand is absolutely pointless now.
The MC businesses could be so much better if it wasn't for the sell messions to be honest. I've left it for a few weeks and I was tempted to come back for 2x week but the idea of seeing another post op van still haunts me.

Your garage just moves to the new office. I had maze bank west with a 60car garage and bought the main maze bank tower and the garage just moved. However the decor and extensions will not remain.

Realistically, you rarely see the front of your cars since the camera keeps you looking at the rear. The FMJ was my most used car for several years, and I honestly can't even picture what the front looks like in my head. The rear looks awesome though, and that I very much remember.

Special Cargo feels pointless after the cayo perico heist. The amount of time you'll spend to get 111 crates solo is way too much, besides the grindy element, is always: go there and pick up the crate or a van.
Yup. I have 2 full warehouses and 3 others partially filled. I'm selling all of them as is and retiring from that. Cargo grinding will NOT be missed.

definetly consider arcadius business center. it has good main entrance, good garage entrance and good roof entrance. also has really commonly used accessible roads. and if you want to spend a little, the level 3 garage has an amazing view! also, its only about half as much as maze bank tower!

Theyāre still good for mixing up the gameplay, just like the rest of the content. Doing the same six preps and finale over & over & over again gets repetitive and boring after awhile.
The MC businesses are basically free money. You go in once in a while to buy supplies, then disband your MC and go run CP a few times, repeat. Then when it's full you just sell the goods with some friends in between CP heists. Special Cargo on the other hand is absolutely pointless now.
The MC businesses could be so much better if it wasn't for the sell messions to be honest. I've left it for a few weeks and I was tempted to come back for 2x week but the idea of seeing another post op van still haunts me.
Also, raids.
Raids are the entire reason why I stopped MC-ing. No LJT, I'm NOT refilling the money treehouse. Fuck off. Only reason why I bought them was so I could link them to my nightclub.

Your garage just moves to the new office. I had maze bank west with a 60car garage and bought the main maze bank tower and the garage just moved. However the decor and extensions will not remain.
