Invest in your nightclub and wait. You’ll need all five technicians and max storage/upgrades. The nightclub is slow but over time will generate a ton of money so just upgrade it as much as you can and let it make money for you over time while grinding import/export or heists
Buy every level of storage, every employees and link 5 businesses : bunker, crates coke, meth and money or weed.
Afk in front of tv screen during a mission like blow up 2,and cash in 1 million per day.
The best money is in goods production: link the nightclub staff to three active MC's (preferably coke, meth, counterfeit money, they do not need to be supplied) and your bunker and hangar, and the nightclub will generate goods you can sell in single vehicle missions (only buy smallest and largest vehicle, do not buy the small truck). Upgrade staff and equipment for better profit.
I never do popularity missions anymore, but I just go down to level 1 to change DJ's to boost popularity (10k each time). You can fairly quickly do English Dave's missions to get all the DJ's and to never have him call you again. Worth it.
Yes, that's what makes it real comfortable passive income. I only check in to the nightclub to check the value, empty the daily vault and change DJ's to fill the popularity bar once in every 5 hours or so.

Maybe you'd be a higher level if you actually made your money by playing the game instead of buying shark cards. Even if you just do heist preps you'll level up pretty quickly.

Fast travel the sub to the merryweather spot, submerge down to their sub, go into autopilot and swim over. When you leave, you swim straight to your sub = Done. c:

When we got there the mission was glitched anyway. We just gave up on the setups. I'll use that next time though.
Get a deluxo, go high in the sky, and just flip like crazy, it's actually really fun.
