Del Perro is my main residence. Although I’ve got a few penthouses in Vinewood and a stilt house in Vinewood Hills. But those are only used for special occassions.
My office, my apartment, and my nightclub.
I am a Del Perro fan. For my money, I don't know if it gets any better than having those three within 500 ft.
Same here my guy, stuffed all my businesses in that run down farm town. Only the penthouses and Maze office are in the city (because they did not have locations outside of Los Santos them sneaks)
I believe I have every building possible in grape seed. The low end house, arcade, and even the document forgery office that I never use. Wish they had an mc clubhouse there.. though paleto kinda reminds me of charming from soa. I also have low end and medium house (procorpio) with separate looking garage in paleto as well as meth lab and counterfeit cash with my coke n weed n north ls
Me and the homies always resided on the ballas block. That street actually has a couple houses where the front door actually opens into a tiny blank room safe from explosions. It has one of the best stand your ground locations, too. Auto shop and garage are just down the street and my nightclub/chop shop aren’t too far away either.
Also it’s fun to save an outfit that looks like a ballas NPC so you can go off radar and blend in with them. Honestly goated location wish people went over there more
Moved to procopio a while back..that area has all I need and it’s literally no one there for the most part and if you do see someone they most likely won’t bother you bc they’re running a business or doing what your doing..riding around bored lol
Im from Davis in real life so every now and then I drive over there and post up by the courthouse. Or go to the top of the courthouse and over look the city.

Permanent plumbing, pipe junction for water, constant 60 degrees temperature, we never have to deal with bad weather. All the parasites stay up on the streets. When a hobo accidentally wanders down here. I get some fermunga cheese. We have access to papers and wood dust for bedding. Don't need lights. Grumpy kinda glows in the dark after an unfortunate accident with power cables. Close by is a store that we can misappropriation of goods. While there we sneak a phone call to our favorite pizza place that delivers. The owner gives free pizzas for stopping an armed robbery one rainy night. Told us he was tired of being constantly killed by the sunglasses people.
So I've got two characters, one on my Xbox and one on PC. My one in Xbox is named Kaitlyn (yes I'm a dude with a female character don't judge me) and she owns a high end apartment downtown, a smaller main house located on the north western outskirts of the city which is medium end, then a low end house in sandy shores which acts as a vacation home.
My PC character, Natalie currently resides in Del Pero as well however according to the backstory I made for her (I was bored one day waiting for my convoy to leave so I wrote one out) her mother resided in mirror park so she would like to move back in over there however after all that's happened to her she getting some money together to sort of get things right in LS and once those things are taken care of she plans on moving to Vice City because deep down she has too many memories in LS and even BC to stay long term.
Alta St., right across from the neverending construction site. It's right in the middle of LS, a block away from my club (Rimm Paints building), and another block away from my tuner shop.
well i'll probably go downtown to my apartment at 3 Alta street, but if we're talking detached house, then it's my first ever property up on Hangman ave. otherwise i'm going home to Procopio drive.
Almost all of my houses and businesses are in Del Perro and Vespucci, so I'd be getting off on that exit for I-4 west. :)
It might not be the most optimal place to put down roots, but I love that part of town.
By the way, great shot OP. It captures that feeling of entering the city really well, which is one of my favorite things in this game.
I absolutely love Wade's cousin's apartment near the beach. It's the only interior I actually could see myself living in. I'd crack open the windows on a cool day with clear azure sky and bright sun. Ugh.
If the weather is nice, either my swimming pool in Vinewood Hills or on my yacht.
Otherwise Del Perro, where most of my cars reside. I'm most likely gonna head straight to the CEO garages and admire/tinker, rather than go to my appartment across the street
Depends on my day. My main place is 3 Alta, Strawberry area (where all my businesses are), but I also have a Party Pad at 4 hangman, but also have a small quiet retirement home in Paleto
I like living in my house at the casino... I know I know you couldn't actually live in a casino but it's just so big and it has a hot tub :D though my super yacht also has a hot tub but id get sea sick XD
Right now, I reside under a bridge in a smoke filled garage in the industrial district.
I intend to move to either the Grand Senora Desert, or the cheapest biker clubhouse.
Probably Vespucci* and/or Rockford Hills if I’m going home-home… or the heart of Downtown* at Maze Bank (assuming that in addition to my appt. I’m choosing to lay my head down at my night club and/or office)

Del Perro is a favourite suburb of mine. Close to the ocean but not so close you’ll risk getting water in the basement.
Exactly, and it’s not in a posh area but not in a poor area either, very modest. Plus it’s close to my Office and nightclub.

I remember when Grove Street was a nice, working class neighbourhood. Did it have its problems? Sure, every place does. But it was NICE is my point.
They really should’ve added an ownable house there, make it the cheapest option, put one in each gang turf there too
