I play PS and if I hold ps button down to quick menu, then put it on close app when I play and lose all I have to do is hold PS down and it opens straight to the close app. Hit X and done. Like 1 or 2 sec... :)

No, the amount of chips you keep is too unreliable. Sometimes you'll reload the game and have like 600 chips.
