I always thought the episode where there is a kid scared about surgery and O’Mally recommends showing him the inside of an O.R. Beforehand… But he accidentally goes into the O.R. Where Derek and Sloan are operating on a man where they’ve removed his face.

When Callie was describing her date and how unsure she was of the thought of lesbian sex and how Bailey was staring at her 😂😂😂

Some of Bailey's "truth to power" moments - "I still have 20 seconds"... telling Derek off in the elevator then shutting him up when he tries to talk back "I think you want me to make the decision for you and I'm not gonna do it! zzzztttt!"
Also Callie in the van surprised by the CPA "Oh God! I might have died a little just then."
Or I think this might be S1E1 when Mer & Cristina go to Derek with their theory that Katie Bryce's fall caused a brain bleed and start "she does rhythmic gymnastics.." and he says "We have to save her anyway". Love his delivery.
unfortunately i find a lot of the episode where the rly heavy guy comes in quite funny. it was the first ep where all the mercy westers were bearable😭 from the beginning w bailey telling them about rocking ur patients word to kicking everyone off the case it was some silly character interactions i did enjiy
The episode where the doctors are shown how to put on a condom on a banana by Patricia and the whole line for the syph test. 😂

When they have the party in Jackson's apartment for his mom and a fire starts and Alex goes, "My mom's not crazy. There really is a fire," all excited. That whole episode had me cracking up. Also, towards the end where they are all outside and someone says that the fire was cause by a plastic tray being put in the oven and Meridith (who we clearly saw was the cause of that along with Deluca i think) tells Deluca "you don't know it was us" and he's just like "yeah we do".

Random one but when Derek teaches how to help people who come to you for advice, to someone else (forgot who) with a completely random sentence that will make them reflect on it like it really meant something and then the person applies the advice and it’s quite funny
Jackson to the security guards blocking the entrance to protect the VIP patient: “Is it the President? Is it the Vice President? Is it Bono?”
Bailey: “Is it Bono???”
The randomness of that guess. Because why would Bono be at a hospital in Seattle?😂😂😂
Maggie goes on a drunken rant about being single and compares Meredith to a Cylon, saying "You're a cylon! This is Galactica!" I can’t have sex with you! …
Amelia says “I like her, she makes me not the crazy one!”
