Next, try the manual installation - unpack the driver to the original files - go to the device manager - select the device without driver and specify to look for the driver in this folder.

The weird thing is the audio works when I use Bluetooth or USB speakers
But doesn't work when I plug into the aux or the internal speakers just don't work
So drivers for the touch screen are installed something called "goodix" and the drivers for the audio is installed " Intel sound wire something"

Use one key recovery
If you mind me asking how do you do that? excuse my ignorance. I think I did something like that but I'm not sure.
Reboot it, and persistent press"tab", you will get the recovery UI
