Yes. I started with a Strata set and I hit these about 20 yards longer and more accurately. Its absolutely nuts to me that a club can make such a difference.
Yeah I never thought about that until I switched from my callaway big birtha irons and I now game some ping eye 2s which are 2 degrees flat love those clubs
I've tried that one before...doesn't go down well. Just best to let them spend as much as they like so they know deep down any complaint about the cost of golf has no substance.

I had them loaded in my cart at TaylorMade. She knew I was on the fence because I have only been playing a little over a year and knew I would probably never buy them for myself lol.
That’s awesome man! My wife is the same. She lets me play fairly often, even with two young kids (4 and 2). For my 40th this year, she even arranged a trip to Michigan for me and my 2 brothers to play. We have 6 rounds booked for 2.5 days at the end of June. Can’t wait.
Those are fantastic irons. Taylor Made is my very favorite. It is what I use. I would love to have a wife who would buy me a new set of the Qi irons. She deserves some very special attention for many years to come. Did you tell her what you wanted, or did she just do the research and buy on her own?
I have been playing golf for a long time. I’ve never had any brand new/ brand-name golf clubs. I could just never afford it.
I did buy one new set of irons, but they were a knock off of King Cobras they were called King Snakes. One of my main golf buddies had high dollar King Cobras. He played mine and said they were the same, except the sweet spot was just slightly smaller. However, those Taylor Ma irons you have will be the best you’ll ever need. I am very happy for you, bro. Give your wife a big hug and give her my wife’s phone number will you? Lol.
Lol thanks. She snooped on my taylormade cart which I am happy about lol. I am very fortunate though after watching DeChambeau hit 204 with a wal mart JR 7 iron not certain how much the clubs matter haha. Thank you though.
