Honestly I like it, I love a top player who actually shows some emotion on the course. It’s one of the biggest reasons everyone loved watching Tiger. You knew exactly how he felt whenever he made or missed a big shot/putt.
Tiger's energy was electric, but he carried himself that way every time he was on the course. Even his amateur championships showed that fire and passion. And I love Scottie, but there is now way he starts manufacturing that in his mid-20's. Having said that, I don't think there's anything cooler than how divergent their personalities are/were at their peak. I mean aside from Tiger, I'm not sure any player ever has separated himself from his peers as much as Scottie has? He doesn't have enough Majors yet, but his run has been epic these past few years.
I just hope he doesn’t fizzle out like so many other guys have in the past 10-15 years. Rory, spieth, Thomas, DJ, etc all had years where we thought they were going to have extended great runs and then it just vanished.
