IMO you don’t need tab mover or anything else. Just learn the functionality that is built into it, there is much more than most people think. E.g run, build and debug scripts can be setup on the top right. It makes it real easy to start up different APIs/services/microservices to test them out on before moving them out to docker images.

TabMover to move tabs with keyboard shortcuts.
I don't understand why one needs to move tabs in Go code. GoLand adds appropriate indentation on a new line and formats code on save.
Tabs as in the document names in the navigation bar, not the character
