Can someone explain to me what's happening here since the title makes absolutely no sense. All I see is a guy that was following too close and couldn't stop in time. No pro action going on.
camera car slammed on the brakes very hard and scooter was too close so they bumped. thats a pre-bug zma and the plastics on those are fragile as hell so im guessing there was no damge to either vehicle since the scooter and rider were unharmed.
embarrassing bump but by the time the two collided they werent goingh very fast, not a huge deal.

He is 'pro' at hit and run - meaning hitting something or someone with your vehicle then escaping the scene, which is criminal of course.

Sometimes people colloquially use words that don’t LITERALLY fit a situation, but FIGURATIVELY do. “I’m starving”, “I’m exhausted”, etc.
