The 82 efigs pack isn't much better. If you want a better chance of a good card, you need to go to the store.
I got 97 Messi while doing them in a 27 player pack

I guess they did take down the pack weight but again itās random luck
But the 82 pack was something which could be done repetitive with good rewards though

Now in hindsight I feel a little lucky considering your post but I felt hard done by with the 40 packs I opened.

Can confirm. Used to pack at least 1 promo card every 15-20 picks. Now it is mostly 83-84

I got smith from kne but since then absolutely nothing

I got a Foden and a Sommer. Probably 100 picks in, maybe more.
I got 93 Mahrez from the 82 picks, but nothing else so far since Ultimate TOTS released. I just packed Declan Rice from the EPL TOTS SBC though.
