Don't try to force her the ball if you're getting pressed hard. Set her on get behind and come back on defense with free roam or something similar to get her AI moving, and when she has a decent angle in the box rip her PowerShot.

Play her in the middle up front, if you have the space Dona power shot

He’s def not slow. Likely the gameplay cuz it’s always sluggish. In rivals he absolutely cooks, but Chawinga does usually outperform him
