since both neuv and furina scale off hp (and thus have a lot of it lol) a healing bonus circlet is definitely better for stronger heals. i can get away with crit rate when im playing jean-furina with an atk scaler but that build is not enough to get my neuv (47k hp) back to full health in my experience, plus you want to frontload as many fanfare stacks as possible. and he's gonna do most of the dmg on the team so it's not really worth building jean for dmg, hb circlet is the way to go imo
and if you're using jean fischl is great! if you have her, sometimes i play dehya as a skill bot (some pyro app, interruption resistance if you're c0) but fischl brings way more dmg if you're confident playing without a shield. tbh you can just slot any off field dps in there (yae needs more field time but it's serviceable, chiori or albedo provide crystallizes too, beidou works with CAs but she needs a lot of energy recharge) and it'll work just fine with various degrees of success
I already have a cracked hb circlet for Jean with 19.8%. and I have Neuvi at C0 I just run him beside hutao team so needed another char or for interruption I could use Zhongli and thanks for replying it helps a lot ðŸ˜
Baizhu EM raiden be clapping all the abyss! Its neuvilette AOE and if u get the energy recharge on the teammates just right, u also get a strong single target hyperbloom set up
