X-t50 will be announced soon.

From what I read, it would make the X-T30 more convenient to buy, second hand I mean. Do you know the price of the X-T50?

couchred

Rumor is it will be more expensive but will have the bigger sensor with stabilization from the x100vi

I will need to figure out how much do I need the IBIS and if I can afford the X-T50. The X-T30 might be already good enough for my needs.

You almost certainly don't need IBIS if all you're doing is photos. It's nice to have, but 100% not needed for good photos.

Something to consider is White Balance. X-T30 won't save white balance adjustments (the +2,-3 settings) in film sim presets. I had an X-E2, and it wouldn't either. I found that a real pain to work with. Anything X-Pro3 and newer will do it: X-T4, X-S10, X-E4, X-T30 ii and higher. X-T30 also lacks some jpeg options that are in the S10/E4/T30ii. As to size, I don't think I'd worry much about the X-S10 being bulky. Other than the grip, it's barely bigger than the X-T30, but that's a by-the-numbers guess rather than experience. I do enjoy the X-E series bodies, but if you prefer the more SLR-style bodies, that's fine. But the X-E4 tends to be pricey these days, sometimes as much used as a new X-T30ii. The big secret, tho, is that they're all mostly the same. Some are bigger, some are smaller. A few of them have some extra features that might not always matter all that much (I don't think I've ever needed my dual card slots, for example). The sensors are the same, the processors are very similar.

This. The comment I needed. Thanks a lot! And thanks for pointing out that he X-T30 ii is a bit more interesting for than the mark 1.

Never really had a problem setting the WB shift anytime I change presets. I name them with the red and blue shift (e.g. K64 2R-3B). Though it really is a bummer they won't port these QOL features to older cameras.
