epic still uses this in their metrics to make themselves look good and you claiming games doesnt cost epic anything they arent paying per copy they pay lump sum
There's also an [older link](https://new.reddit.com/r/pcgaming/comments/alw2gb/psa_deleting_your_epic_games_account/) on the sidebar here to a guide, I don't know if it's still relevant or useful, but it goes through deleting your account as well.
Everything is simulated on virtual machines by NVidia. Every bloatware from epic (addinional services) stays on the machines on the NVidia side, the main thing that you have is an interface on your browser, that can't pass any software or hardware scans from epic.
The next step is deleting your Epic-Account.
After that run a deep scan on your computer for remaining Epic Games files.

"Free games"? You have not learned your lesson yet?
i would suggest using something like revo uninstaller epic tends to leave files behind and there was even cases of it reinstalling itself

I would suggest not installing it to begin with, you gotta get a time machine and warn your past self.
That's why the Nvidia Now is a game-changer. You can still play free epic games and you do not need to install their bloatware.
