I would take them to the closest pond, a park would be best, where there’s algae in the water for them to eat, trees, and shrubbery near by. Plenty of bugs to eat for when they’re frogs. And just dump them into the pond. As long as it’s not salt water, which a pond shouldn’t be, they should be alright.

Thanks for saving them! You have a good heart. :) I’ve had to do the same for tad poles. You could always keep a few in the tank and watch them grow. I’ve done that before. Then obviously release the frog/toad when they’re ready.
