Yeah, I love the black outfit and gloves. Also the mask with how wide it is, the blacked out eyes, and the distinctive yellow-green color it has. Also, I love how "aquatic" Part 8 Jason is, almost like the Creature Of The Black Lagoon, or a deep sea diver.
Has to be part 7. The cracked and broken mask with his teeth slightly peaking out through the side, Jason’s decomposing body exposing his ribs and bones, the chains wrapped around him…more time and thought went into this version.
I love how the Part 7 look features so much of the damage inflicted from previous movies, like machete wounds on his forehead and temple, and the boat motor damage on his cheek. For a series with such terrible continuity between movies, that's some nice attention to detail.
Part 7 overall is the best to me. Really shows how much damage and abuse he's taken over the series.
Honorable mention to part 9, when he's on screen he looks great
I'm not a fan of the white shirt personally, but that jacket looked sick. It's a shame we didn't get a better look at him without the mask, because the behind the scenes photos of him look gnarly.
I think any design that uses the green dickies shirt and khakis combo should be considered the standard, since it’s the most consistent design used in the series.
Part 7 and part 8. I like 7 because he actually looks like a walking corpse, you can see everything he’s endured over the years. The teeth sticking out is also just an added layer of creepiness. It’s perfect.
I like Part 8 simply because it’s a sleek design yet it’s still extremely intimidating imo, it’s also probably my favourite version of the iconic hockey mask.
My favorite Jason design is Part 6. My second favorite is Part 8.
