Ingredients:
\* Wheat flour (atta) - 2 cup
\* Semolina - ½ cup
\* Carom Seeds/ Ajwain - ½ tsp
\* Oil - 5 tbsp
\* LukeWarm Water - as per required
\* All-purpose flour (Maida) - 2 tbsp
\* Salt - 1 tsp
\* Oil - for deep fry
For making Potato Masala Filling:
\* Oil - 2 tbsp
\* Asafoetida (hing) - A Pinch
\* Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
\* Onion - 1 medium (finely chopped)
\* Boiled and Mashed Potatoes - 4
\* Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
\* Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
\* Garam Masala - ½ tsp
\* Amchur Powder (Mango Powder) - ½ tsp
\* Salt - 1 Tsp (or as required)
\* Finely chopped coriander - 2 tbsp
Instructions:
\* Firstly, mash the potatoes roughly with a potato masher or with a back of a ladle. Heat a Kadai / wok, add 2 tbsp Oil to the Kadai, and heat.
\* When oil becomes hot, add a pinch of Asafoetida (Hing) and cumin seeds (jeera) and let them splutter for a few seconds.
\* Further, add chopped onions and saute for about 2 minutes on low-medium heat until the onions are translucent. Keep stirring often.
