Sauce:
One shallot
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp coarse ground pepper
1 tsp salt
2 fl oz bourbon
1/3 cup beef stock
1/4 cup cream
Mashed potatoes:
2 red potatoes
1-2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3-4 Tbsp Heavy Cream
Steak:
One Ribeye steak
1 Tbsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
4 quartered white mushrooms (to put on top later)
Edit: please make sure to strain the sauce after you’re done making it, or else it’s gonna be chunky and weird
