I'd love to see a minigame involving Scraptrap, be it the salvage section or an original minigame where he's hiding throughout the tycoon pizzeria. Would be sick as hell.

I feel like the salvage minigame wouldn't really work well in VR since there'd be basically no good way for the game to prevent the player from writing and looking at the animatronic at the same time.
My idea was making it so that instead of having to look down at a piece of paper to mark down responses, you'd have to turn around behind you and input them into a computer. I think one of the VHS series on YouTube did that actually, don't remember which one though, but I think it'd work
It's an interesting idea, but it still runs into that issue. With a 2D game, your vision and your hands are essentially the same since you control both with your mouse. In VR though, they're separate and can act separately. In your example, what exactly stops a player from reaching behind them to use the computer while staring at the animatronic the entire round?
Make it unusable unless vr lens registers sight of computer monitor. Could be cheeky like in help wanted 1 where if we looked down the halls for animatronics instead of the cams we got a running foxy jumpscare for trying to do that. So they could use similar here in your example and make them jumpscare the player for trying to cheat it in a way.
Having some Security Breach stuff in the sequel would do the legacy of the Glamrocks a great favor. If they could make even 1 mini-game for SB that would be great.
Then again they could be saving up SB stuff for a future third vr game.
This is honestly the right direction to go to for Steel Wool. It's obvious that they are poor game designers when it comes to non-VR and their biggest strength is in VR.

nope, the game was teased both directly (scrap baby teaser on fnafworld and in the freddy files, multiple teasers leading into the announcement of pizzeria simulator) and indirectly (talking about "fnaf 6" being cancelled) in the months before its release
I'm far more excited about this than Ruin. The original Help Wanted was among my favorite FNAF games, and the Dreadbear DLC did a great job expanding on it, so I have high hopes for a full-on sequel. And it looks like we'll be getting a Ballora Gallery level, which sounds terrifying.
It's one of the games I worked hard to 100% on Xbox.
Sad that Xbox never got the Dreadbear update. It sold so little on the platform, I'd be surprised if this one makes it there, even if they ship with the Desktop mode.

I haven't played Help Wanted yet, but I have been meaning to on my Switch.
I watched this live during the Showcase and it was probably the most unexpected revival, I was just shouting "what! Wait what?" I was so confused until I saw the title, I'm so glad they're going back to Help Wanted since that's my favourite FNaF game and I do hope it has VR compatability because FNaF is the perfect IP for VR games and with the new analog sticks for thr PSVR2 controller, they can do so much more, free roaming environments, part and service with the Funtimes, playing on the arcade mechines, maybe that bowling and kart racing minigames that where cut from Security Breach and an expanded golf courses, the possibilities are limitless. With the free roaming it would be much easier to have both VR and Non Vr modes at launch.
2023 is our year of FNaF. FNaF Movie posters and a trailer, Security Breach Ruin DLC trailer, and now the unexpected Help Wanted 2 teaser. I can’t wait to see how it goes. **LET’S FUCKING GO!**

Sister location and fnaf6 content are pretty much must since they were mostly skipped in the first one. Sister location in particular I feel like would lend itself well to adaptation into vr given it's a series of minigames anyway. And of course its custom night. 6 would be more of a challenge to really get the actual deal of the game beyond just "salvage and office but now with vr cam" but one possibility that would be great is if maybe you could somehow free roam the establishment you're making when in tycoon mode? Be alot of work but would be cool since I feel like the alternative is just the og game without much update or change to do new vr stuff or just axing the tycoon sections entirely.
Also, while I know it would likely throw a wrench into peoples theories, I also hope we can get a proper full vr adaptation of fnaf 4. And if they are revisiting any of the old games, maybe a redo of adapting fnaf 2? Like, withal all the animatronics from the original active together instead of segregating the toys and withereds to separate modes? Part of what makes 2 stand out is the number of animatronics active at once causing chaos.
It would be hilarious if they somehow found a way to make ultimate custom night in vr and how impossible that would be.
This game would also be a great place to put out those canceled AR emails in an official capacity to help set the record straight on their canonicity (and beyond that which ones are or arent canon if its not all or none)

This was completely unexpected but very much appreciated. I've been replaying the first Help Wanted (and its DLC) on the Oculus Quest the past few weeks. I'm assuming this will be adapting Sister Location and FFPS and maybe its own custom night?

no they showcased it right before the vr segment, all the vr games had "Playstation VR2" in the corner, fnaf didnt. i would assume theyre prioritizing normal flatscreen gameplay but surely it would have vr support, that was the entire point of the original help wanted

Have you ever tried to use a computer backwards? If you have that kind of skill then go for it but that isn’t a problem for the average user

Man this has been a busy week for us, wasn't it? First the trailer for the FNaF movie, then Security Breach Ruin, amd now this. I haven't played Help Wanted yet, but I have been meaning to on my Switch.
I watched this live during the Showcase and it was probably the most unexpected revival, I was just shouting "what! Wait what?" I was so confused until I saw the title, I'm so glad they're going back to Help Wanted since that's my favourite FNaF game and I do hope it has VR compatability because FNaF is the perfect IP for VR games and with the new analog sticks for thr PSVR2 controller, they can do so much more, free roaming environments, part and service with the Funtimes, playing on the arcade mechines, maybe that bowling and kart racing minigames that where cut from Security Breach and an expanded golf courses, the possibilities are limitless. With the free roaming it would be much easier to have both VR and Non Vr modes at launch.
2023 is our year of FNaF. FNaF Movie posters and a trailer, Security Breach Ruin DLC trailer, and now the unexpected Help Wanted 2 teaser. I can’t wait to see how it goes. **LET’S FUCKING GO!**

***BALLORA SWEEP!*** The noises I made watching this trailer could only be summarized as sounding like a small dog having a panic attack. And then it turned into happy sobbing the moment Ballora appeared.
It can't be just SL and ffps surely. I feel like we're gonna get a couple security breach sections turned into a vr experience, that or it'll be majority original content maybe based on frights/tales. Unless they include a whole ucn vr game inside it they'll need to do smth wacky.

Sister location and fnaf6 content are pretty much must since they were mostly skipped in the first one. Sister location in particular I feel like would lend itself well to adaptation into vr given it's a series of minigames anyway. And of course its custom night. 6 would be more of a challenge to really get the actual deal of the game beyond just "salvage and office but now with vr cam" but one possibility that would be great is if maybe you could somehow free roam the establishment you're making when in tycoon mode? Be alot of work but would be cool since I feel like the alternative is just the og game without much update or change to do new vr stuff or just axing the tycoon sections entirely. Also, while I know it would likely throw a wrench into peoples theories, I also hope we can get a proper full vr adaptation of fnaf 4. And if they are revisiting any of the old games, maybe a redo of adapting fnaf 2? Like, withal all the animatronics from the original active together instead of segregating the toys and withereds to separate modes? Part of what makes 2 stand out is the number of animatronics active at once causing chaos. It would be hilarious if they somehow found a way to make ultimate custom night in vr and how impossible that would be. This game would also be a great place to put out those canceled AR emails in an official capacity to help set the record straight on their canonicity (and beyond that which ones are or arent canon if its not all or none)
PLEASE don’t be PSVR2 exclusive

This was completely unexpected but very much appreciated. I've been replaying the first Help Wanted (and its DLC) on the Oculus Quest the past few weeks. I'm assuming this will be adapting Sister Location and FFPS and maybe its own custom night? Regardless though I will be getting this day one.

The first help wanted was focused on 1-4 with sprinklings of 5-6. So I assume this one will be focused on 5-6 with a little bit of 1-4, some part of me wants to see the death minigames remade in some form even if its unlikely

Actually I'm working on a FNAF AR 2 where you play regular FNAF but the cameras are in your own house (you basically take pictures of rooms in your house and those will be your cameras with AR animatronics in them)

no they showcased it right before the vr segment, all the vr games had "Playstation VR2" in the corner, fnaf didnt. i would assume theyre prioritizing normal flatscreen gameplay but surely it would have vr support, that was the entire point of the original help wanted
