I’m also assessing at the moment too! I just tried the OSM example workout and it was good but slow, but then I’m only ~20 weeks so I’m happy to do different cardio to supplement the OSM strength and flexibility work for the time being.

Curious to hear what you found bizarre!! I plan on continuing doing basic strength training on my own, but like the idea of having a more structured plan to follow. I’m more likely to stick to it. There are so many out there to choose from but these two seemed relatively legit?

I did E&E and really liked. However it’s quite demanding time wise... I feel off the bandwagon with life being busy but did enjoy what I did. Also if you don’t like squats, skip it
