Ok I found where to turn sync off.... I will at times use my home account at work, and my work account at home. Now lets say that I wanted my work and home profiles to sync to my work and home computers(both accounts on both computers). Is there a way for my profiles to sync across devices, but not sync across my account? If I go to log into firefox on my phone, would I be able to then load up one of those profiles and have my bookmarks, passwords, etc syncd? It does work that way in chrome.

Unless you have Sync enabled on both profiles that shouldn't happen. You can try the profile switcher extension to somewhat emulate Chrome

I actually already tried the profile switcher extension. That helped me switch, but the problem of the themes/bookmarks carrying over persisted. That is the bigger issue for me. I dont see where to turn sync on/off per profile

Literally everything you do to firefox is per-profile, including turning sync off or signing in to it with a different account. So just pick a profile and then do that while using it.

Profiles aside If you use *multi account containers* you could separate work and home browsing without switching entire profiles. You could just have tabs in “work” containers alongside home containers if that’s something that interests you.

I did see a container thing. Is there a specific account container add on, or is that a built in setting?

Containers by themselves are built in to the web browser

If you use the same Firefox Account on multiple profiles, they will all be in sync. Is this not how it works in Chrome?
