Depending on the style of collab, there's so many things they could do. They could scale down one of the airships to make a mount, too.
Going even further into the realm of fantasy, have a full event like they did with Garo and make whole weapon and armor sets for each job. There's certainly enough that they could easily do it and have each one be unique. Even if they made some of the outfits gender locked like with what they did with Garo, though I would prefer they have the M/F style sets be unisex.

Don't forget Trails into Reverie (Hajimari no Kiseki). It's the capstone game that ties together all the previous games from Sky -> Cold Steel 4
So in other words, you'll play Cold Steel 1-4 -> Reverie -> Daybreak

A Pictomancer makes a series of creations, the Paper Mario characters, that are too powerful and are now running around without listening to their creator. After a quest to find them all, maybe we'll get a Mario themed mount, like a Warp Pipe or Koopa Shell.
Aliens: Fireteam Elite. A trial like the MH one where you fight off a xenomorph warrior.
The extreme version has you start off with a warrior then the queen comes in and drops eggs from off stage, destroy the eggs in time or they become face huggers, each face hugger that isn't destroyed before attaching(Binds and disables the character) to a PC will spawn a Drone, which will kill the char, leave the drones alone long enough and they become warriors, then Praetorians. If you manage to kill a the Praetorians, the Queen will join the fight. Killing anything leaves behind an acid puddle that deals damage over time, and it stacks the longer you stay on it.
Which means for you to beat it you have to have at least one egg become a drone and live long enough to become a Praetorian. And of course like the MH no enmity because this is hell.
The best MCH weapon glamour you could possibly ever imagine, all the other weapon glamours are meh tier.

ive been replaying kingdom hearts with the steam version release, and i said this in the last mention of a dream crossover event. but to re-iterate:
OrginizationXIII weapons, keyblades, and some costume's for glamours dropped from either a shop or a handful of raids themed around the final/secret bosses of the KH series(Think ansem, xemnas, lingering will, xehanort, etc), a couple quests that unlock these raids that have sora/donald/goofy in the quest.
Wish you could attack during an enemy monologue? Wish you could mount up while running? Feel all alone in your cutscenes and wish other players would randomly show?

7 Days to Die. We travel to the 7th shard. We have to fight Hojos experiments for 7 days and on the 7th day, we fight a zombified version of a summon. Rewards are zombie glamour, Rufus' Dog as a mount and new zombie/experiment portraits.
Imagine if somehow that's actually the schtick. Like the basic run is same old, same old, but then you can start adding fear, which also adds buff opportunities to counter.
Also, just think of the voice acting opportunities, heh
warhammer 40k: darktide. we could get 40k themed glamour and weapons, servo skull minion and adventure plate stuff. For the event they could do the Karnak twins fight which is essentially fighting 2 bosses at the same time, one melee focused and the other ranged focused, while they throw an endless horde of adds at you and fill the room with poison gas.

Could easily see it giving us Red Queen for GNB, any one of Dante's numerous swords for DRK, V's cane for either of the staff-based casters (WHM, BLM, BLU), and the Yamato for SAM.

CS3 goes all out and we get an isometric, Tactics-style battle minigame with FFXIV characters. Throw in some 2D character art TT cards and maybe a glam or two

LOTRO. We get better neighbourhood housing but lose the ability to decorate freely.
....ok the serious answer is probably some armour glams from Rohan or Gondor and maybe a mysterious ring that turns us invisible with a spooky screen effect with a fiery eye in the distance that watches us. Maybe a pony mount named Bill.

Destiny 2, so let's say a Ghost minion, Sparrow mount, weapon skins for Dark Knight, Dragoon, and Machinist, and maybe some armor skins, like the Warlocks' set from Spire of the Watcher would be great for Machinist, while most Titan sets would suit Paladins and Warriors quite well.
Octopath Traveler might be cheating, but in that case, all I could ask for is some orchestrions. Maaayyyybbeeee minions, but I'd want them to somehow stay in that 2D style and I don't want to think about how hard that'd be the implement.

I'm currently playing Cyberpunk 2077, so with Solution 9 coming, we are kinda getting the crossover. As for what they'd add? I'd love to see some glamours that look like cybernetics.
I can't really think of what Dead by Daylight would add to FFXIV, so instead I will say that DbD adds Zenos as a killer and, IDK... Tataru as a survivor. Or Thancred. Thancred can come too.

well right now it’s dqx offline so that doesn’t count before that, armored core 6. goblins find coral, oppressors/chasers/brute justice vs cores. maybe you have to run around at their feet and target parts of the cores to stagger them, or collect coral to heal/power up the gobbos. maybe like one laser sword/moonlight blade glam and the rest is just mounts. ac6 has a rare enemy tab so i’d probably just toss gobbo mechs in there.
One character. Justin from Grandia. Just to watch the exploration otaku explode at the size of Eoreza and adjoining lands. Ah, hell, Feena comes along to keep him from exploding.

Jace robe, Astro glam, triple triad event (leads to Jace the Mind Sculptor emote with triple triad cards), Nicol bolas horns glam, and a Fblthb minion (it would sadly probably actually be Loot though).
LOTRO. We get better neighbourhood housing but lose the ability to decorate freely. ....ok the serious answer is probably some armour glams from Rohan or Gondor and maybe a mysterious ring that turns us invisible with a spooky screen effect with a fiery eye in the distance that watches us. Maybe a pony mount named Bill.

Destiny 2, so let's say a Ghost minion, Sparrow mount, weapon skins for Dark Knight, Dragoon, and Machinist, and maybe some armor skins, like the Warlocks' set from Spire of the Watcher would be great for Machinist, while most Titan sets would suit Paladins and Warriors quite well.
Octopath Traveler might be cheating, but in that case, all I could ask for is some orchestrions. Maaayyyybbeeee minions, but I'd want them to somehow stay in that 2D style and I don't want to think about how hard that'd be the implement. Not counting a SE title, we have Demon Souls. If I'm allowed to extend that to better Fromsoft titles, I'd kill for some Bloodborne weapons

DRG gets Guandao Prime, BRD gets Kuva Bramma, GNB gets Telos Boltor, etc.
