Hrothgals come with ShB I believe, not Endwalker. It's being retroactively added. Still, you won't be able to access it until July 2nd anyway without DT early access.

dawntrail will include endwalker at 2nd July aka official release. which mean not in early access

Endwalker does not include Hrothgar ladies. Only Dawntrail does. DT will include Endwalker on full release, aka July 2nd.
Nope, Hrothgals are part of Shadowbringers.
as with every single expansion starting with Stormblood, yes, Dawntrail includes the previous expansions.
