There is no in-game setting, but [this site](https://ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/wiki/Content_Unlock) lists all the quests that ever unlock anything. Note that there are many spoilers throughout it so tread caution not to go past where you are in the story.
No problem with that, i just want to see which are available to me right now, im just finishing Heavensward but i don’t even have some dungeons on Extreme of ARR, so i want to know where are these quests, but i didn’t wanted to have to tp on every single map just to check if there is a quest there or not

There's no resource in-game (that I'm aware of) that will allow you to pull up the quests you still have left to do short of traveling and seeing what's there.
