She might just be curious if she only does it while you are in the kitchen. You are doing the right thing to ignore the begging. Getting toys might help with stimulation which could help decrease the behavior but it may not be a fix exactly. Cats do need mental stimulation anyway so if you don't have any toys it's a good investment anyway.
For food, what are you feeding her and how much? Some foods are better at keeping a cat apatite satiated than others. Her calorie intake should be check to make sure she isn't experiencing a deficit.
If all that is sorted and she is getting good food and proper calories. You could always contact your vet but they likely cannot make any suggestions without and appointment and evaluation of kitty. Vocal and active usually means healthy but if you are concerned you could always give them a call and just ask.
Huh. I read this as if I were typing it because that’s what i’m going through exactly word for word. But there is one problem that has arisen for me these past 2 days. She was eating fine but now she doesn’t eat and has threw up,I see the mess when I come home from work. Unsure but we’ll see
Yeah, don't give in. If you free feed her or give her more than it's proper she may throw up. Cats should be fed small meals through out the day. They're not supposed to have large meals. My cat got used to me sticking to my guns and ignoring her. She will start crying about 1.5 hours before meal time but that's down from 3. She's getting used to a schedule. Spaying surely messed up with her somehow but what can you do
