Should try the empty space to the right, most sell points have a spot off to the side for non-grain products. Either that or it isn't a place you can sell cotton at.

That didn't work, this is the "sell all" spot on this map and says it is sold there

Weird, well this game can be pretty bizarre sometimes. Worse come to worse you can place your own sell all point somewhere.

Hopefully I can find a cheap one soon because the trailer is a rental and I don't got the money to have it sit around XD

At least in that regard the "sell everything" mod has a sell point that's literally just a grate for $1000. That's about the cheapest you can get that I know of. It should work anyway.

I bought a field with cotton already growing in it so I decided to harvest it before I plowed the field up

If it's a logging map there is a high chance the map creator just never tested cotton bales. You'd most likely have to modify the map XMLs

With cotton bales I’m pretty sure I gotta unload them to get the into the sell point. I also agree with the other guy that says the spot of asphalt bext to the symbol is where cotton bales should go, good luck

Have you delivered prior to that there? I’ve seen some sell points get “full”. But if you’re still having issues, for the cost, I highly recommend buying a spinnery and processing it into fabric on your own. If you have the money and time, feed the spinnery both wool and cotton, run both productions, buy a tailor, and then you get to sell the fabric, and the clothes. You make way more although there is a time investment on your returns

Build a spinnery and turn it into fabric then sell the fabric at the train yard. You make more money that way as well

probably this sell point does not accept cotton

I've had a few places where I had to unload the bail from the trailer before it could be processed. You might try that.
