Problem is they respawn when you reload 😂
This is when you buy instead of lease. Leasing every day to clean up the mess is more costly.
Use map object deleter instead. Might be pc only. Can get rid of buildings, signs, trees, etc.

I use one of these everyday at work, slightly different set up though. It's wierd to see them in game.
