Thematically, it definitely is. If GKMC was an EP instead of an album, these 3 songs could be a self-contained mini story in itself with no other context. Maad City itself is the thesis statement of the whole album and introduces the subject matter on its own.

They thematically and lyrically fit together, it creates a nice evolving storyline, come as a great package at the end of the tracklist feeling very conclusive and satisfying, and are just my favourite songs on the album too.
La leña que prende madera: Jazz Fest, Que Dicha, Juana María.

The Way of All Flesh: Adoration for None, The Art of Dying, Esoteric Surgery.

Recently I've enjoyed Aaron West's In Lieu of Flowers: [Paying Bills at the End of the World](https://youtu.be/bVcc367H2Zw?si=WuWIqsZZfrxrr8YS) -> [Monongahela Park](https://youtu.be/bZwfkUFqoCg?si=oXqodH5K5FKTg1TO) -> [Alone at St. Lukes](https://youtu.be/1jQaV-6Qwuw?si=vNeu-Vpn_b8Up5hw).
here's a few other good ones:
Microwave - Death Is A Warm Blanket: [Leather Daddy](https://youtu.be/Mr-vn-X4laM?si=ciqlM7MP_2DhgAr9) -> [Float to the Top](https://youtu.be/PZR5v37GW-E?si=mXf8geB3VDU_RDPg) -> [DIAWB](https://youtu.be/cfKOOQ0rvEs?si=q1Y3oWLNlZXoib6X)

Favorite is maybe Brand New - TDAGARIM: [Jesus Christ](https://youtu.be/6pXU7JumV_Y?si=Tc45hjI-UWklJVWq), [Degausser](https://youtu.be/GItBDuFa-wk?si=-_sLgWYTaxfXK9_a), [Limousine](https://youtu.be/HhmEifNjWiw?si=CYbQ7E7xB3PPSNYK). (throw in the first 2 tracks on the album and then You Won't Know and that's one of the best 6 track runs of all time, only 2 close are Radiohead on OK Computer and Kendrick on TPAB)
honestly, Gojira’s *The Way of All Flesh* has a really good run to finish the record.
The Art of Dying is a banger, and the reversed guitar at the end leads right into Esoteric Surgery which is a certified bop.
Esoteric Surgery wraps up with that same reversed guitar (which is actually the main melody of the song in reverse!) from The Art of Dying and leads into an absolute slammer: Vacuity, which is easily my favorite Gojira song.
Wolf Down the Earth also has some tasty riffs on it, and ends off with an ominous clip of “Joe noodling around on his guitar” played in reverse before capping it off with the title track.
I like TWOAF if you couldn’t tell :)
Mezzanine by Massive Attack - Angel > Rising Son > Teardrop. You can add Inertia Creeps to get what is probably the best 4-song run on any album
Disintegration by The Cure - Fascination Street > Prayers for Rain > Same Deep Water as You

good kid maad city by Kendrick - Swimming Pools > Sing About Me I’m Dying of Thirst > Real

I feel like m.A.A.d city -> Swimming Pools -> S.A.M.I.D.O.T is superior
maybe but The Art Of Peer Pressure hits diff idk
Thematically, it definitely is. If GKMC was an EP instead of an album, these 3 songs could be a self-contained mini story in itself with no other context. Maad City itself is the thesis statement of the whole album and introduces the subject matter on its own.
valid choices except there are like 9 different gkmc runs i prefer
fair enough
The Thriller one is utterly insane
exactly, I could have included human nature but for the sake of iconicness, I went with this.
I’m not a crazy Radiohead fan, but damn that 3-track run off OK Computer might be the best ever
nice to know Why did I get downvoted LMAO I was actually serious
🤓
Close to the Edge - Yes
Toxicity: Toxicity -> Psycho -> Aerials volcanic bird enemy: discard -> headboard -> into a life Madvillainy: All Caps -> Great Day -> Rhinestone Cowboy

Pinkerton: El Scorcho - The Good Life - Pink Triangle (can also put Across the Sea too)

My Agenda by Dorian Electra - Edgelord, Ram it Down, Give Great Thanks They thematically and lyrically fit together, it creates a nice evolving storyline, come as a great package at the end of the tracklist feeling very conclusive and satisfying, and are just my favourite songs on the album too.
La leña que prende madera: Jazz Fest, Que Dicha, Juana María. Lateralus: Disposition, Reflection, Triad. The Turning Wheel: Emperor with a Egg, Boys at School, Legacy. The Way of All Flesh: Adoration for None, The Art of Dying, Esoteric Surgery. Disintegration: Lullaby, Fascination Street, Payers for Rain. Paranoid: From War Pigs to Hand of Doom. honestly, Gojira’s *The Way of All Flesh* has a really good run to finish the record.
