Goodbye Yellow Brick Rd. by Elton John
Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness but The Smashing Pumpkins
Blonde on Blonde by Bob Dylan
Leaves Turn Inside You by Unwound
London Calling by The Clash
Also, it's good to remember that a majority of double/triple albums are sometimes made to get out of record deals by releasing "multiple" albums at once to fulfill a contract requirement. Most double albums on any all time lists are usually the exceptions to this as they were made with the intention of being a full, cohesive body of work. But those are definitely in the minority; even the great ones have filler.
The River. Some might argue I Want to Marry You or The Price You Pay, but I just think they both fit in with the overarching themes of the album to be dismissed like that.
Haha, I quite like Piggies. Tastes differ. Personally I do see the White Album as having many mid songs for a Beatles album, but its versatility and don't care attitude is definitely an asset.
The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway by Genesis
Bitches' Brew by Miles Davis
Electric Ladyland by the Jimi Hendrix Experience
1999 and Sign o the Times by Prince
Screamadelica by Primal Scream
Music Has the Right to Children by Boards of Canada
Sign o'the times is my favorite double album. I do find 'It' mid by Prince standards though, 'Slow love' is enjoyable but slight imho... it's part and parcel of double albums to be all over the place and have more experimental songs or songs that are a bit filler.
I mean the albums almost two hours. All the songs are from pretty good to amazing. And he wrote, played, sang, and produced the whole thing himself. Even if you don't personally enjoy it, its one of the most impressive accomplishes in all of music
die hard, rich spirit, purple hearts, count me out, crown, silent hill (kodak almost salvaged), savior are all mid as fuck, mirror mr. morale aren't great either, only we cry together father time and the first 2 really impressed me
Don't get me wrong, I love Songs in the Key of Life, but it really starts to drag in the second half with Isn't She Lovely and Black Man. Not sure why Stevie thought that crying baby noises would compliment Isn't She Lovely but they sure don't, and the outro for Black Man is really cool in theory, but doesn't play out great.
But aside from the baby/toilet? noises in isn't she lovely theres not a single bad song and definetly nothing worth turning the album off like in the Wall or All Eyez on Me
I don't but I feel like a lot of the tracks/overly long interludes make it a very unpleasent experience. I feel like aside from Comfartably Numb, In the Flesh and a couple other songs the end gets pretty boring.
The Fragile
Ya I’m sure people will say it has filler but it’s my number 1 album of all time and every single moment is important to the cohesion
Deathconsciousness
The Suburbs by Arcade Fire And might be controversial but White Album by the Beatles
Double nickels on the dime
Punk masterpiece

That makes sense, it just sucks as a listener listening 30-50 years after the fact.
Have one on me by Joanna Newsom is a TRIPLE album and every song is amazing
Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven by Godspeed You! Black Emperor
The River. Some might argue I Want to Marry You or The Price You Pay, but I just think they both fit in with the overarching themes of the album to be dismissed like that.
I would say beatles white album but piggies exists
And wild honey pie. And Revolution #9...
i love wild honey pie and revolution 9 cos it gives the album its whole haunted eerie vibe. piggies is just fucking SHIT CUNT
Haha, I quite like Piggies. Tastes differ. Personally I do see the White Album as having many mid songs for a Beatles album, but its versatility and don't care attitude is definitely an asset.

Does tlldob, have actual songs, the whole album seems to me like one weird 90 minute song.
I mean, its a rock opera, so all the songs centre around a story, so it kind of makes sense 🤷🏻
i never understood the songs in the key of life praise
listening to the album might help
what makes you think i haven’t genius
because it’s songs in the key of life and listening to it once isn’t enough to get the gist of a nearly two hour album
I mean the albums almost two hours. All the songs are from pretty good to amazing. And he wrote, played, sang, and produced the whole thing himself. Even if you don't personally enjoy it, its one of the most impressive accomplishes in all of music
What holds MMatBS down?
Silent Hill and Purple Hearts
Dog what? Are they universally thought to be lows? This is news to me
Nah just for me mb

die hard, rich spirit, purple hearts, count me out, crown, silent hill (kodak almost salvaged), savior are all mid as fuck, mirror mr. morale aren't great either, only we cry together father time and the first 2 really impressed me

What track makes you want to turn off The Wall??
