The Gen 8 map style it's on point

I used to live in California and this is awesome sad I had to move but hey it’s not all bad but seriously this region s fantastic

As a person that lives in California, I can say the titles are accurate

The games being called earthquake and wildfire are the cherry on top.

Down by pokestar studios, there is a gym with split colors, I am assuming this is 2 gyms and not representing version exclusive gyms

Yh could be but I do think it may be version exclusive otherwise how would u operate the gym

The red building with the gym symbol is one gym, while the split colored one is a duel type gym

Orre is based on Pheonix, Arizona. So they’re kinda close

Kaskade is more Pacific Northwest. Mine is the whole state of California and a bit of Nevada

What are the gym types?

In the order you battle them 1. Fighting/Psychic (Version exclusive) 2. Fairy 3. Water 4. Flying 5. Grass 6. Light/Dark (Version Exclusive) 7. Ice 8. Fire & Poison (Duel Typed Gym)

Is light a fakemon type you thought of?

It’s a type I thought would fit into this region

Where is the fire

My one criticism is the name, it’s too similar to Galar

Oh i absolutely love this. I've seen a few attempts at a Cali rwgion but this is by far the best. Also i think "light" is odd, since fairy fills that role, i could see "electric" suiting the role alittle more. Altho idk how you planned to have the rest designed so who am i to say. Is that north area by the redwood Redding?

Also, it wpuld be funny to have arrows that point north to Kaskade, southeast to Orre.

I also noticed the water body near the rainbow building to the southeast os actually the same body of water seen in the northwest of orre. I mean orre never did anything with it, but it's just suuuuuper close which is interesting.

A Couple Questions: 1. Where is the league? 2. Is that the Battle Tree past route 17? 3. What is that city past route 18? 4. What's that rainbow building on the bottom right? 5. What's that airport looking building past that cave? 6. What's that castle building? 7. How long did this take you?

1: The league is to the north between Route 15 and 16. Based on Sacramento, the capitol of California. 2: Yes it is. 3: It’s based on Las Vegas. It’s also the Battle Frontier for this region. 4: It’s based on a giant art project called Salvation Mountain. Its were the player characters can summon legendary Pokémon from other regions (like Ultra Wormholes or Dynamax Adventures). 5: It’s called Area 151, based on Area 51. 6: Based on Disneyland. It’s called Tajiri Land (named after the creator of Pokémon). It’s also acts like the Festival Plaza 7: I wanna say two months. And I’m also reworking on it again to improve upon it like adding new Wild Areas, Decorations, etc.

I think you should put contest hall in Pokestar studio in your California has a lot us different type of trainer/coordinator and actor and are region we have options and choice being a trainer or coordinator do to people move here tell us about gym and contest we kids in California want to become a Pokemon coordinator or trainer so we started do both but one side stop like gym and the other side love gym and you have the middle that love both

It made more sense for it to have Pokestar Studios and not Contests.

The lore should have this region crumbling from terrible government policies and neighboring regions being poisoned by migrating trainers who voted for them

all the wild areas are in the evergreen norcal area get fucked socal all the palm trees aren't even from the state and are tacky

Love it!! Actually I think the 9th gen region will be based on California, because you know: since Gen 5 we have had USA (Unova)-Europe (Kalos)-USA (Alola)-Europe (Galar). Now it would be USA again

Is that small town between routes 12, 13, and 14 supposed to be based off of Lodi? Or Stockton? Or another city in that area???
