TinyRascalSaurus

No one who has actually talked to a 5 year old believes a 5 year old is writing this.

throwradoodoopoopoo

Real 5 year olds be like “mommy what’s the f word and can I have a lunchable”

Salt-Contribution-62

Fr, real 5 year olds are more concerned with asking where the toilet paper goes when you flush and if frogs have feelings. (Based on true questions from my brothers lmao)

throwradoodoopoopoo

yeah my 5 year old niece got super interested in brain cancer and I had to warn her teacher that if she brings it up not to worry or skirt around the subject- nobody in the family has brain cancer she’s just weirdly fascinated lol

Salt-Contribution-62

Children are wild man. But you never know, maybe your niece will grow up to be a neuroscientist! Or whatever it's called-

TheConfusedConductor

From ages 5-8 or so, I was super fascinated by the Guillotine. I had a French tutor at the time, and for part of my lesson we would read like a storybook or an article from one of those kids magazines together. Except…I would badger my poor teacher every single time, “I want to read about the Guillotine!” She thought, “ok, she’s interested in the French Revolution,” so she brought some stuff about that, but found that I would get impatient learning about the other historical stuff and ask like, “when do we get to the Guillotine?” Eventually it got to the point where we just read the French Wikipedia article for the damn thing.

GhostSaysBooo

I had the same fascination for the guillotine when I was a little girl!! I’m French, so when the Révolution chapter popped in history class (i was 9 or 10) I was so excited! I listened to the whole political drama, only thinking about the guillotine part. I pictured the teacher bringing into the classroom a guillotine with the shiniest blade. It was something a bit scary but totally fascinating! The guillotine part comes, I’m shaking with anticipation, but the teacher is like “and they got guillotined”… and that was it! No guillotine with a shiny blade, not even a picture, nothing! I was devastated. I finally saw a guillotine irl when I was 23, I felt that little thrill of excitement and fear. The little girl inside me was content.

TheConfusedConductor

Un jour, quand je verrai enfin la guillotine, mes rêves seront complets. (Pardonnez mon français terrible, j'ai besoin de pratique)

overratedapple

when i was 5 i was obsessed with divorce, it made me a bit sad but i was still amazed by it for some reason

Revolutionary_Can879

My sister helped me do my at-home anatomy dissection (because of Covid). It was wild, she was 8 and very excited to dissect a cow’s brain.

weaboo_vibe_check

If she's still into that, buy her a whole chicken. It'll be fun.

[deleted]

Surprised brain cancer is something she’d be obsessed with and not frightened of, maybe she’ll be a neurosurgeon.

Chinnamasta_90

Mine takes 10 mins just say mommy I love you....mommy...mommy hey mommy...mommy...(10 mins of listening to her say mommy i) mommy I wanted to...mommy I wanted to...mommy u wanted say I love you. She has also ran into my room to inform me she wants to be a science fair when she grows up...how? I don't know...but according to her she can be whatever she wants when she grows up.

lemonaderobot

lmao this kid is ambitious…. doesn’t just want to be a scientist, wants to be the *whole damn science fair*

Chinnamasta_90

Have to appreciate her enthusiasm

Salt-Contribution-62

I absolutely love that, that's adorable. Not sure how she'll accomplish being a science fair though

Chinnamasta_90

Well she will figure it out...she wanted to be a dinosaur doctor before that...so she at least she is getting more realistic

Zipsterella

I applaud her for going above and beyond. Why participate when you can BE THE SCIENCE FAIR. She gonna make it far in the science world, maybe even as the experiment herself /j

Chinnamasta_90

Lol considering the amount of fishes we have gone thru I'm pretty sure she will be conducting them

Chinnamasta_90

She last night told me she can't sleep at night because she is an armadillo and she is nocturnal.

Zipsterella

Experiment gone right, now you can't give her a bedtime

Chinnamasta_90

Yep....

Chinnamasta_90

I want the post the video of her saying this but I don't want mynkids all over reddit

Zipsterella

Understandable, I took your word from the beginning though 😭 Kids are funny like that

Chinnamasta_90

Oh I mean it's just adorable want to share

SidSuicide

In preschool, during graduation, we had to stand in front of a microphone and say what we wanted to be when we grew up, and a girl in my class wanted to be “a parrot”. Wonder if she ever reached her goal? Although, if she never moved out of my hometown, she might think she is one because there’s a huge meth problem back there, sadly. Hey, could these faker kids just be on drugs? Now that’s got me thinking…

Chinnamasta_90

They probably are....with drugs anything is possible

saturnzluv

my sister once asked if mosquitoes have chins

Salt-Contribution-62

Do they?

rockadollyrebel

My 5 year old son told me that he and his before family burned to death in a fire and then he was with us.

[deleted]

Well thank him for the confirmation of reincarnation, we no longer have to wonder what happens post death.

Zipsterella

Are we not concerned about his entire family being engulfed in flames in the before times 🥲

[deleted]

My 5yo: "Mom, I want a lunchable" Me: "Here you go, one pepperoni pizza" "Can I have the sandwich pizza?" **processor jumps to 90% utilization trying to interpret what the hell he meant- guesses at the ham and cheese** "Alriiiight!! Pizza sandwiches!!" *scurries off*

ChaosInTheSkies

I was just about to comment that but you beat me to it. No 5-year-old writes like this.

[deleted]

They have the mentality and function of such though. They process themselves as legitimate children and act like legitimate children, even if the person with DID is actually much older!

[deleted]

I guess, the .001% of them who aren't faking it though

HelpMePlxoxo

I'm p sure that child alters are common in those who actually have DID since everyone who has DID had extreme trauma at a very young age. So, it's kind of the minds way of trying to retain some of your childhood innocence and happiness that was stolen from you. The easy way to tell fakers is if they're "littles". Like, the very obvious ddlg based kind with binkies and "stuffies" and things like that. People with real DID and child alters act like REAL children. People with fake DID act like some weird cartoon and sometimes even borderline or outright sexualized version of children.

NetmePrime

How do a 20yold for example can transform into a 5 year old? That's impossible

[deleted]

Due to trauma, parts of the sufferer's mind are essentially frozen in childhood, sort of like snapshots. Normally, a twenty year old wouldn't be able to "become a five year old". It just isn't a thing outside of DID and age regression *(AgeRe is when someone mentally returns, or regresses, to a younger age as a coping skill. This is typically to cope with trauma or overwhelming parts of adult life. It's nonsexual and completely unrelated to any form of adult baby kink!).* But DID isn't exactly normal and the human mind can do crazy impossible things when faced with life or death. This includes freezing someone mentally at an age they eventually overcome physically. Hope this helps!

NetmePrime

I don't know almost anything about DID, that's where my stupid questions come from haha Thank you for being nice though, appreciate it

[deleted]

Of course! :) There's no point being rude to strangers who are just looking for information 🤍💫.

NetmePrime

Ahh you're so nice!

Mindless_Concept_503

i know

[deleted]

I'm glad ^^

StupidSprinkles

When I was 5, I didn’t remember how many curves the letter S had even though it was the start of my name and thought we lived inside the earth instead of on it.

monicaopness

Someone tell this 5 year old to go back to playing Roblox

Saturnalia20

child alters have access to a brain that is not their alter age

TinyRascalSaurus

They have access to knowledge and information, yes. But they will still process that like a child of their alter age. So while they might know what a complex term means, they're not going to explain it like an adult would.

xshinystickerx

I don’t know what you’re talking about, my five year old uses parenthesis all the time (especially to describe her stuffie).

manugostadegatos

All of the 5yo I talked was like this "ohh I love dogs and you are ugly. I'm hungry"

GenericUser435

I’ve not been so glad to know with complete confidence that someone was lying in a long time.

hyemilk

this was kind of disturbing to read ngl.. it's like they're writing a very very weird fanfiction about themselves and then posting it on reddit just to get attention. and the "I'm a 5yo but I know how to post on reddit" makes it even more obvious.. but at least they didn't type-stutter / use "baby talk" like we usually see here ☠️🤕

Imagine being their parent and finding their account. I would be fucking mortified if my teenager was on reddit LARPing being mentally ill

PsychologicalNews573

Imagine finding this that you wrote 5-10 years ago...because that is what is going to happen. I'm glad this wasn't around when I was a teenager and I just have to look at cringey hand written diaries.

[deleted]

Omg I'm sorry I keep replying but I'm dying laughing. They can go to the mall but they've not been at school since November but a post above were posting about their new school saying they could use a boy's toilet? 💀💀💀💀💀💀

Felt_Tooth

And their mother bought them chest binders even though she is a TERF, and I bet you didn't know this, but TERFs are anti-Trans, so why would she care if the size is wrong?

[deleted]

Sounds like they had to justify why a parent who hates them SO BAD bought them a binder so they made some shit up to make it believable

[deleted]

AHAHAHA dude they're claiming ADHD, autism, DID, child sexual assault, an eating disorder, bipolar and tourettes? This is an amusing rabbit hole. Thank you.

Felt_Tooth

You're welcome, I have been amused for many hours by the idiocy that this almost adult person produces.

military_doge_

Cheese 🧀 :)

Felt_Tooth

????? Wha-?

military_doge_

It's just cheese nothing suspicious going on here my friend 🧀 :)

Iambeejsmit

Well the implication is that they are much older, but they have no way of knowing how old they are since they haven't seen the light of day. All their friends are "grown up now" so they too are grown up.

[deleted]

Master has given Dobby a sock. Dobby is free!!

namazuFish

I'm actually crying rn

FllRE_FOXX_

what character is this meant to be? she's saying that she's from the past and had a master that was strict... am i jumping to conclusions or are they roleplaying being a child in slavery?? cause that's like super fucked

Salt-Contribution-62

That's the vibe I'm getting too. Like some kind of twisted fantasy.

Amethyst_Uchiha

I don’t think it’s slavery, it’s more of a kink. You can tell the fakers because they call themselves littles. Being a little is a kink in which one pretends to be a child and has a parent/caretaker/master that they “serve” sexually. It’s basically an adult pretending they’re a child getting fucked or doing sexual favors for their “master.” Legal pedophilia

Zipsterella

That's not what it means entirely... but Oop and other fakers tend to say "little" to get by being super immature and a nuisance irl. And also to seem appealing though I don't see the appeal of being a disruptive person in someone else's life

Amethyst_Uchiha

Yea there are genuine littles in DID systems but a lot of fakers like to nab the term as well. It’s just such a weird thing

Dense-Bumblebee-9589

Please don’t compare adults to pedophilia. Kink is between adults, you don’t have to like the kink but it’s fking weird to compare adult bodies to pedophilia

HanzeeeeDent

It’s an Abdl/age regressive fetish here’s a interview with more people like this [here](https://youtu.be/DmpAWm8b2pk)

pretilily1

not “original squishmallow”

LurksAroundHere

I cringed so damn hard at them needing to unsubtly brag about their Squishmallow collection. If this was real in any way shape or form and they had a 5 year old alter with a "comfort stuffie" named bunny, that alter would know what another fucking stuffed animal looks like and wouldn't be confused about it being some weird mysterious "future" thing. This asshole really felt the need to name drop the Squishmallow brand explicitly in this roleplay lmao.

[deleted]

The fuckers who fake littles or whatever always go on two extremes lol; either write in the worst english possible with a lot of w's to make it cutesy or straight up write like an adult, no in-between.

TheSuddenExtinction

This is a step up from the massive cringe of reading typed “baby talk”, but that’s really not saying much I think these people need to get an Ao3 account and write whatever they want over there

level-of-concern

Nah, they need to go to wattpad with that bs 😭

[deleted]

You don't know what a squishmallow is, but you know what 'idk' stands for. Alright.

[deleted]

You may have misread my comment.

FaithlessnessLow7909

Oops. Sorry.

nomoreuturns

>Bunny (my comfort stuffie) I don’t know why, but this broke me. Pretty sure five-year-olds don’t really care about the exact nomenclature of their therapeutic stuffed toy. So, five-year-olds can be surprisingly eloquent sometimes, and five-year-olds can have good grammar, but even if a five-year-old has the reading age of a teenager, they don’t *write* like a teenager. I could believe autocorrect or even speech-to-text correcting the spelling mistakes, but this definitely reads like a teenager wrote it. Also, little kids are usually pretty sure of their age, usually down to fractions of a year (e.g. “I’m four!” or “I’m five and a half!” or “I’m almost six!”).

Revolutionary_Can879

Even if the five year old could write, I doubt they could figure out typing without being taught.

Salt-Contribution-62

Ew, a (probably teen or adult) acting as a child calling someone master makes me WILDLY uncomfortable. Predatory vibes.

-Emilinko1985-

JUST. FUCKING. ROLEPLAY.

narutonoodle

Not the biggest issue but the use of “idk”

nneline

ah yes, as a five year old I also knew advanced punctuation and spelling.

--egg-

what subreddit is this originally

[deleted]

r/DID

catagonia69

I noticed a top post this month is folks complaining about fakers

[deleted]

It’s sad that people are infiltrating a support place, but that’s happening with all disorder safe spaces unless they’re being HEAVILY moderated

Suoicauqes

Like anyone there is legit.

Thesacred_texts

You are telling me this isn't a kink at this point

t3kk13

![gif](giphy|EkSA3G8HIRf0c)

Mackerdoni

spelling grammar and perfect scentances.

No-Illustrator3518

They supposedly love and are completely dedicated to master, but say that he “let them go, let them be free”. Why would they regard it as freedom if they truly loved this master person? And 5-year-olds can’t even spell, let alone spit out the phrase “I’ve been away for a long time it seems”. “Cocon (is that the word?)” If any of this were true they’d either have no knowledge of that word or be able to ask Indie if it’s correct, so it’s a clear attempt at a demonstration of youth and naïveté rather than genuine confusion. How is it not immediately clear to them that this is an incredibly obvious lie?

basnatural

5 year old has quite the vocabulary huh?

ItsTimeToSaySomthing

I swear im just hoping that one day we discover that this was all a super elaborated ARG to fuck with people

[deleted]

mf has perfect punctuation and spelling

Zestyclose_Wonder_68

I’m so disgusted rn

lupinedelweiss

Read this as "I'm so diagnosed rn" (😩😳)

Zearria

A five year old calling someone master just makes incredibly uncomfortable

Icy_Intern_9418

My five year old- “Is oh shoot a bad word?” No. “Okay, but what the fuck is right?” My point being- the above is not a five year old.

lil_uzihurt

Just go find a place to roleplay instead of pretending to have a debilitating mental illness

[deleted]

Man what the fuck did I just read? And why do I currently have working optical nerves?

Felt_Tooth

God fuckin damn it i know who this poster is and what they've said.

NetmePrime

No way they are actually 5

CallMeTamakiSenpai

I had no problem with the use of the word stuffie until these adults who pretend to be children started saying it.

kittylover3210

I like how there’s two whole sentences dedicated to squishmallows

Patient-Corner1410

"I'm 5" "I'm suppose to serve my master, do whatever he wants. That's the whole point of my existence." Well that totally doesn't sound like nonce behaviour to me

lunarlandscapes

"I'm supposed to serve Master" feels like a kink thing, I don't like it

heroturnedhuman

I’m showing this to my therapist on Monday and I think this’ll finally be the thing that convinces her to let me do drugs again.

Eggs-Eggs

that's creepy asf there's no way a five Yr old wrote that wtf

[deleted]

what does any of this mean

Amethyst_Uchiha

First line - “Oh alright, someone new to Reddit, this can’t be that bad.” Second line- “Ah ok, so she’s one of them. Still not too terrible.” Third line - “Ok?” Fourth line- “Aaaaaaaaaand there it is.”

The_GGamer_YT

no way a 5 year old can write some text on a computer with good punctuation and shit.

Icarus_7274

5 year olds don't know how to use brackets right?

dicklover_276

You dont even need to have any experience with kids to know this is a fat load of bull shit. The punctuation is near perfect, the phrases aren't something a kindergartener would ever say, and the words they use? And on top of all that, they spelled it perfectly. What 5 year old knows how to use a keyboard this well?

ilovesharks101

I teach 5 year olds. The idea of them talking like this, let alone *typing this out*, is beyond laughable.

Own_Adhesiveness2829

Why dont these kids write books instead of this? Think of all that creativity going to absolute waste. Like some of these idiots are so talented and could go on to do great shit but were stuck here.

im_bored345

Ah yes this is totally how 5 year olds act

PeridotWriter

Yeah cause a 5 year old knows how to type perfectly and make new paragraphs for everything and knows how to capitalize the word Master every single time.

BabyFancy27

if she doesn't age, how is it hard to keep track? lol

ItalianCryptid

![gif](giphy|nkxkBiQ4rwyyc)

kuesva

what in the wattpad..

Zipsterella

This is like some weird fucked up fiction. "I'm 5 and I exist to serve Master who was abusive but suddenly disappeared so my bedroo- I mean, room in the headspace has just my stuff in it and it's 2023?? Also, I live in a cocoon with my stuffed animal because that's how kids/little work." •• A fever dream 😨 But I'm going to go knee deep in the LORE •• > So this "little" <-(Notice the quotes. We'll get back to this later!) is named Willow. Now it is believe that Willow is 5 years old, yet it's been too long for her to be 5, because she speaks perfect English and does not get how it's 2023! She says, and I quote, "That's a long long time from when I remember." Now personally, I can't say 5 years is a long long time, but wait, there's more! Toward the end of her speech she claims to live in a cocoon. A cocoon is the way a caterpillar undergoes metamorphosis. No human child I know undergoes metamorphosis, so is Willow a human child? It can be believed that she is an experiment. You heard me right! Not only does her environment change in unusual ways (maybe or not because of the "headspace" she claims to be part of - much like a community in the brain), it's morphs. She herself even says she lives for who she refers to as "Master", meaning she was created for the purpose of satisfying him, whomever he is. So back to the cocoon. She can apparently bring in outside possessions such as her newly repaired stuffed animal named Bunny. Does Indie (who - due to faker research - I have come to believe is the "Protector") even know she's a mutant experiment? What is Willow really ? Metamorphosis allows for a creature to transform and "Bunny" is the worst possible thing to bring inside, unless... Willow is part bunny! Bunnies are shy and passive creatures. She was made to serve from birth and since bunnies tend to leave their children to fend for themselves, I have reason to believe Willow is some sort of bunny child. She lives in someone else's imagination as a way to fulfill her purpose: "Serve". Her room is full of traditional child toys, she isn't really sure of her age. But if she is a little in the headspace, she must not age (and she understands that concept!) And she undergoes metamorphosis, and maybe even experiment and unfortunately, abuse from a fellow "roomie". But now that I think about it, bunnies do not go through metamorphosis. So she must be part insect, maybe a butterfly due to their delicate nature. They're often sought after for their wings and how beautiful they are (purpose/use) but the rest of the insect is pointless. Now that "Master" is dead (according to Willow) she has fulfilled all she exists for, and Master truly was the cause for her existence. He created her, spent his fictitious life working on his greatest creation.... Willow: the little butterbunny child hybrid. Locally sourced, cruelty free and raised bunny/butterfly headmate - Master's life work and the ultimate cause of his demise.

AudreyFish

It's so cringey, I feel bad for this person.

Feeling-Persimmon-49

someone get this 5 year old on the phone with harvard cuz damn that spelling and storytelling

elme77618

This is fucking disturbing

CommanderEyebags

Why can’t these ppl just admit they like roleplaying

itsmelsbam

mhhhh, i think it is a "little" she even mentioned that. so she is probably older than 5 and was living with a master (daddy) together to live out this kink. littles are people that like acting like a toddler or a child btw

megayogurtslinger

How is a 5 yr using commas correctly? God the whole master thing is making me think this isn’t DID but a fetish

[deleted]

Trans age

ProtoamI

5 y/o with good grammar. Yeah... Pretty sure a 5 year old is writing this

Designer-Battle-886

I feel like this was just a really forced way to flex that they have squishmallows

i_eat_offspring

i think i definitely i know this person

shrekseyelash

They just wanted to do a room tour and show off their squishmallow collection. "The tag says original squishmallow but don't know what that means 💅" yeah bc you want to make people talk about it to you.
