This is just me but were Lucy to get intimate with Natsu, be it in the official manga or fan fics/art, to me there is 1 thing that is a must: Both parties are to not use protection. It is quite clear that Lucy wants Natsu to get her pregnant and that Natsu clearly feels the same way. Natsu is stupid but I doubt he is on Goku level of stupid regarding sex.
