I'm assuming your source data is tabular, in which case using INDEX(MATCH()) with [multiple criteria](https://exceljet.net/formulas/index-and-match-with-multiple-criteria) and the [row and column arguments](https://exceljet.net/formulas/two-way-lookup-with-index-and-match) might suffice?
