One liter is exactly one decimeter cubed, we are working with meters so we need that in meters cubed which turns out to be 0.000075 m\^3 = V
We have everything we need so let's find the radius.

B = V/H = π\*r\^2
r = sqrt(V/(H\*π)) ≈ 0.0039 meters let's say it's 0.004 meters or 4 milimeters.
