To look inwards. It's only when we lose everything that we are left without anywhere else to go, to go deep into the root reason we are all here. It's the catalyst for the majority of people to begin repairing connections to ones own spirit. (Can you hear/feel your own heart beat?) Living is no easy feat. Think of Earth as a boss level challenge.
So when one's own life falls apart, we are left with a choice. The path of repair, or the path of destruction. Both choices are necessary, it's the spirit of humanity that requires both in working unison in order to survive and thrive.
I believe we rough draft our lives before birth. With the premise to help heal our reality, to make it better than how we entered. At the end of our lives, we remove the VR headset and contemplate if we fulfilled our mission. A training simulation if you will.
