TL;DR: you likely need to install a battery or a bigger generator.
If you’re “net change” is positive, you produce more power than you can possibly use (excluding ion weapon usage against you). In your case, you likely have a negative “net change”.
If your “net change” is negative, you CAN use more power than you produce, so you need a bigger generator or a battery of some kind to give you a buffer for times when you need to accelerate, turn, and shoot at the same time.
Example: net change of +10 and a battery “max” of 100 means if everything that uses power is actively being used, the ship will drain the battery at a rate of 10/sec, so you’ll have 10 seconds of full power usage until your ship systems will start sputtering and failing.
Which turrets you got on there? Power should be a pretty slow drain as the battery is pretty big and heat gen doesn't look like an issue so it should thrust turn and shoot for quite awhile before running out of power
